I recieved my parcel the other day, sent to me by Mail Boxes Etc. Banbury, it was wonderfully packed, with lots of care and attention and arrived in Superfast time, i must say Nadia is an absolute Superstar

i have used several MBE'S over last few years, using them to pick up, pack and deliver. have to say Banbury was probably the best, all good, but Banbury just stood out. Nadia was very helpful, got back to me with a very good quote with fantastic communication.

I discovered Mail Boxes Etc in Banbury a year or two ago when I needed some high-resolution colour printing and laminating, and I have used them ever since for all my printing needs. The service I receive has always been friendly, efficient, accurate, prompt and reasonably priced. In fact, they have often gone above and beyond what I could expect in order to meet my sometimes awkward requests. In short, they offer that rare and priceless commodity - great customer service - and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had occasion to you the services of MBE Branbury recently and was very impressed with the quality of both the customer care and the collection, packaging and postal service I received. The care taken to the packaging of my glazed item became obvious in the unwrapping and ensured that it arrived safely at it’s destination and my request as to timing of the shipping was followed to the letter. The cost was very reasonable offering a choice of two possible service options. I am very happy to recommend their service.

Banbury mail box is the best UK packing/courier business that I've used and I've been in the Antique A&A trade for over 50 years. They are good value for money, efficient, with a quick turnaround, from the point of collecting from the auction house, to the parcel arriving beautifully packed at my door. I've used them before and will use them again. Highly recommended.

Superb customer service and very competitive price

Nadia collected an antique bronze from an auction house and packed it superbly, with great care, and shipped it to me. She also held on to it for one week while I was away on holiday and not at home to receive it.

As a local business that sends post internationally, to be able to quickly and easily drop things off at Mainboxes Etc and then get an e-invoice later on is great.

Of course it's only when there's an issue that you find out whether a business is any good, and Nadia was great when there was an issue with a delivery to Southern Ireland - she dealt with it all and told me once it was resolved so I didn't have to worry about it. That's what you want as a business - to know that things will get sorted.

All packages have been dispatched as quickly as reasonably possible and all have been very well packed to avoid damage to the contents in transit. The staff are friendly which makes the whole experience much more pleasant.

Nadia was super helpful shipping me an auction item, something I'd not done before and was therefore cautious about. I needn't have worried - she explained it all clearly, was responsive via email and phone, co-ordinated with the auction house and got the item dispatched within an hour of me paying. She even phoned on delivery day to make sure the item had arrivced safe;y which it had, extremely well wrapped. Would definitely use again - thank you !
