Great customer service.
After another supplier failed to deliver Maxpack stepped in and saved the day! As I was on a deadline I was kept informed of the order progress, not just by automated message, but staff went out of their way to check things would be arriving on time.

Competitive price, local pick up, helpful staff. 4 stars because our 25 sheets were a bit warped. Straightening out at home now so should be ok.

I can confirm that a full refund was issued the day after your order was placed, as unfortunately there was a stock discrepancy on this item. I understand that you had not been informed that we were unable to supply the item and had issued a refund, and I fully appreciate how frustrating this must have been.
At Maxpack, we do strive for excellent communication, and on this occasion we have regrettably fallen short. The item will very shortly be removed from our website to ensure that further orders cannot be placed. I do hope that you will give us the opportunity to serve you in the future.
