Highly recommend Matt Grainge for installation, Saffron & Sam came to install my new central heating system, they did a brilliant job with minimal disruption. Very professional & love the Nest app that controls the system.

Excellent service from Matt Grange service engineer today. This was my first service from this local company.
The engineer thoroughly serviced my combi boiler and fully explained the full procedure, signed the service record and duly emailed the documentation.
Highly recommended.

Very helpful office arranged annual maintenance as usual. All now completed. Really good value and, again as usual, am well satisfied. Never fail to recommend MG whenever friends bring up the subject of broken down heating - usually how glad they were to have paid a colossal annual premium for insurance. Persuading them to do the maths never fails.

Wow!!!! What a fab team. Full replacement installation of oil boiler, radiators & all associated pipework. Also installed new oil tank in different position requiring groundwork. All done in 5 days.
We were very impressed by Matt’s knowledge when he came to quote. We were quite specific in what we were looking for in our new system as we had had the same at a previous property. Matt listened & understood which some others didn’t. He did a pressure test & confirmed it would be possible.
The installation team were always on time & worked tirelessly to get the job done. Lots of friendly banter while being very respectful at the same time. Always happy to answer questions & explain what they were doing & why. It was inevitable that it would be a messy job but they kept the disruption to a minimum & tidied as they went. I won’t name names as I think we have had every member of the team here at some point this week but every one, without exception, stepped up to the plate.
Extremely happy with the outcome & wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to have work done.

This was the second boiler which Matt Grange has installed for us, this time in a newly refurbished apartment. As before the work was professionally carried out with the minimum of disruption despite a confined working area and with a large amount of new piping and ducting.

But quite apart from his installations what we appreciate is the excellent communication with Matt if a problem arises. He always gives good advice and, if a visit is needed it is always arranged quickly.

Yet again we had our boiler serviced by this company, after they installed it 7 years ago.
It is the third time this particular engineer has done the service and he is extremely efficient and knowledgeable.
He also followed covid guidelines perfectly and answered all my questions with patience and a full understanding of our boiler and its capabilities.
He is a credit and an asset to the company and helps them to be a very good heating services company.

Communication was excellent, clear and prompt. Very impressed. Sam who came clearly knew his stuff, diagnosed the problem quickly and has it fixed as soon as possible. All round an excellent service. Thank you.

Matt Grange does a lot of work for us and has done for a long time.

Needed a boiler service, contacted through their Web page really easy to use and response was quick and didn't have to wait too long. Communication was excellent before, during and after their visit and a very reasonable price compared to other companies. Definitely use again and recommend to others.

New boiler fitted in loft. Sam did an excellent job. Pleasant, quick, efficient and tidy. He came up with a good solution for the condensate drain pipe which I was very pleased with. Couldn't fault a thing.
Whole service spot on, from office to quote to fit. I can recommend and will definitely use again.

I thought we had a faulty boiler. The next day the team arrived, having fit us in betwen planned work, and fixed the fault which turned out to be blocked old pipes.
