Fast efficient and thoroughly professional service of gas boiler. Young man that carried out service explained everything in detail and was very pleasant and friendly.

I had a blockage on 1 radiator which spread to 2 then 3. Matts team came out and put a cleaner in for a week, then came back on 23rd Dec to do a complete flush. I got all back and running, Abeit with 1 cooker radiator. This had now come good so I have a fully functioning radiator system. Very professional.

Boxing Day Bank Holiday 2020 our heating failed due to a flue failure. Matt Grange and the team came to the rescue as usual and had the hot water and heating back on in just a few hours. This is a professional team who take the time to explain the works and go about the job with the highest possible standards.

We had our boiler serviced this morning. An engineer arrived on time, very polite and efficient. We left him to it and he just shouted when he wanted us. Gave us some advice and guidance which was useful.
You get your invoice and certificate via email, all electronic with tablet he used. Very efficient, definitely recommend.

Have used Matt's company for 9 years now.
On this most recent occasion my heating stopped working at the weekend. I texted Matt not expecting a reply on a Sunday but Marie got straight back to me confirming someone would be with me the next day( Monday) despite them obviously being very busy.

Heating fixed and repaired Tuesday morning and we are warm again !

Excellent service received. The engineer (Ceri) was first class and explained everything and seemed to go the extra mile. Maria in the office was also extremely efficient. Highly recommended and I would never go elsewhere.

Excellent service. Had a new heating system installed five years ago & had no problems whats so ever, by Matt & he's team. And have had it serviced each year by Matt & team since installation. Always received a very prompt, reliable, trustworthy service. The yong lads that turn up are very polite, reliable and provide an excellent, tidy service.Office staff are very helpfully and poilte to. Highly recommend.
