Martin & Co Leeds City Recensioni

My toilet was blocked.. got in touch with sue and she immediately sorted the problem.. thank you.. 5*

I have been using Martin & Co for several years now, to manage 2 properties.
The reason I use them is because they completely take any stress out of being a landlord. Any issues are addressed efficiently and quickly. They are always on hand for advice.
12 months ago one property needed a complete refurbishment. Sue took complete charge of the “project” which was done quickly, on a tight budget, and without fuss.
I could not recommend Sue and Martin & Co more highly

Jessica at Martin & Co was excellent and really made my move very easy and the letting process went smoothly. Highly recommended agent in Leeds. Thanks

Once again, a fabulous service from Martin & Co. Jessica was responsive and communicated effectively with the change over in tenancy. It’s our 4th year of using this agency and we hope to continue doing business. Kate is always professional when communicating.

I am in the process of buying a flat in central Leeds with Martin & Co. I have found Nadeem to be very professional, always quick to chase up relevant documents and very knowledgeable about the purchase which has included a deed of variation. Thanks for your support Nadeem. Would highly recommend.

Living some 250 miles away from the property I have had to be very reliant upon Martin & Co to deal with the sale of the property. I have found Nadeem Khan to be highly efficient: in particular keeping me updated with viewings plus the outcome of those viewings and in the sensible manner in which he conducted negotiations with potential buyers. It was refreshing to be kept properly up to date with events but without the all to often unnecessary information. It has certainly helped enormously to make the whole process run more smoothly. Thank you Nadeem for your help.

Very happy with the level of support and personal commitment from the team at Martins. Nadeem demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that made the process flow. Good job!

We're only part way through our purchase 🤞 but so far have been very happy with the efficiency of / communications of Nadeem at Martin & Co. A lot of estate agents are over-pushy with potential Purchasers. In our view Nadeem strikes the right balance between promoting the interests of the Vendor without being overly pushy in relation to potential Purchasers.

Bought a property with Nadeem as the estate agent. The quickest and easiest viewing process we had whilst we were looking (which did mean there was a lot of people viewing the same property) but was so easy and kept in touch for us regularly for all requests. After having an offer accepted kept in touch through out the process - keeping me sane as I tried to communicate with solicitors.
The best estate agent for viewing properties in Leeds!

I'm really pleased with my new rented property with Martin&Co! Me and my partner been looking for a specific flat and Leeds area for over a year and a half. The rental market around Leeds is very difficult at the moment but thanks to Jessica and Hafeez we have finally found the right place to live! We really appreciate your effort!

Sue is always there to help when we need her, the knowledge she has goes above and beyond. Can't recommend her enough! Thanks Sue

Our experience dealing with Sue has been amazing. She has made the move in process really seamless for us and has gone above and beyond to make the flat move in ready for the date we required. Thank you for all the help Sue it is really appreciated. From Tom and Emma

My rental property was managed by the Leeds branch of Martin & Co for many years. Sue has mostly been my point of contact and I can honestly say that I have been so grateful to have her wonderful and knowledgeable help throughout all these years. Thank you Sue for making my whole experience a positive one.

We had a pleasant experience of using this company, and we personally want to thank Nadeem for ensuring that he kept us updated and was in regular contact to ensure we were aware of the process in purchasing our first home! The vendor wasn't the quickest of responders, but Nadeem built a good relationship with them to ensure that he moved the sale of the property forward in time for completion!

Absolutely fantastic service and couldn't have been more helpful. Nadeem in the Leeds office was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Martin & Co look after my full property portfolio and I can honestly say they have been amazing since the start! Sue in particular has always made sure I am looked after and informed. They have helped me through a lot of processes I struggled with looking after the properties by myself. They have increased all of my rents as well as making sure the properties are always looked after while rented. Many Thanks as always Richard G.

Efficiency understanding seriousness professional polite and ability and know what they are doing. Sue is a professional worker looking after my properties professionally

Amazing customer service from Kate. Went above and beyond, thank you

Honestly I couldn’t recommend Martin&Co enough, especially Nadeem Khan. I am just about to complete on a purchase I made through Martin&Co and Nadeem has been absolutely brilliant through the whole process. Right from the first viewing he was very professional and attentive, he helped and guided me through the offer process in an honest way and has been so supportive through the whole thing, he’s gone above and beyond, letting me view the property as much as I wanted, even helping me by arranging a decorator for when I move in. He has always communicated well and told me where we are at every step of the way. I will definitely be using Martin and Co again and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Nadeem!

Awesome…there is no other word for it.
This company have looked after my BTL for some years now and the property manager is the best in the business.
The property needed some updating to get it back to its former glory and M&Co just took over and sorted it all out.
Brilliant job as always.
