I recently purchased a vehicle from Marshams, travelling all the way from London and boy was it worth it!
I got a brilliant price and top class service from Matthew, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the process seamless!

Came down from Edinburgh to pick up a car (as visiting family close by). Great deal and nice salesman (Rupert). Made everything easy and not pushy with extras. Was minor problem with drivers-side suspension on pickup. Diagnosed problem quickly and fixed within a couple of hours. No hassle. Great service and friendly staff. Was a bit nervous initially about buying far away from home but would definitely buy from them again. Thanks!

We visited Marshams first thing on a Sunday morning and had a great experience. Matthew was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and amenable. Was looking to buy a second car for the family and settled on a Mini Cooper. After looking online at several different cars we found the one at Marshams. We contacted Marshams and spoke to Matt who said he could have the car prepared and ready to view a few days later at the weekend. Matt kept in contacted in the following days and let us know what was happening.

Upon arrival at Marshams, Matt let us take the car out for a drive and fully check the vehicle inside and out. There was never any pressure from Matt and he allowed us to take the time to decide whether it was right. We picked up on a couple of things which were rectified on the spot.

Matt explained a few extras available with the purchase but again there was no pressure to take these out if we didn't feel they were right. We ended up driving the car away the same day after sorting out the paperwork.

A few weeks later we remain happy with the car and pleased that we went with Marshams.

Really nice down to earth staff...I was also was helped by James (who was also brilliant!) when Matt wasn't available but Matt even got back to my questions on his day off.!! Waited a while to leave this review as wanted to make sure car was ok and it's perfect ....great condition and just what It wanted...in fact better than expected!! Been using Marshams for servicing and MOTs for several years. Always friendly, reasonably priced and never had a bad experience.

I was looking for a car to fulfil my job commitments ie needed to be spacious and conform to the new, upcoming ULEZ expansion. Saw the ideal car in Marsham’s online advert (Your Red Car, sponsored by Santander, who Marsham’s use to finance their clients).
As I live in Essex the partnership with Santander gave me confidence to pursue a test drive, despite not knowing Marsham’s. I phoned on the Saturday, took a test drive on the Sunday and by Wednesday the car was mine. It was fully serviced, MOT’d and had gone through the extensive tests that garage put it through. I drove away very happy and had piece of mind with an extended 3yr all inclusive warranty sold by Marsham’s.
The whole experience was extremely stress free, thanks to Matt who was brilliant.

Bought a couple of cars from Marshams. Always a fantastic service and sometimes a cup of tea. 👍🏻
Was dealt with my Matt this time who was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Everything was explained and I got a sensible part exchange as well.
Took out their warranty, everything was explained and I now have 3 years of trouble free motoring ahead.
Will certainly use again as they always have a good selection of cars available.
