I went for a warranty job as their was a fault with my car and to do the job they had to weld and this cost me when it should have been under warranty

This is the 4th car our family has had from this dealer. The last 3 we dealt with Rupert the salesman who was very friendly and helpful and we came away happy with another good deal.

Extremely unprofessional stuff. Booked 3 weeks ago, just to be told there is no noise coming out from my car. So I had to actually go and show the guy the noise coming from behind my tires when you move them. Waited 6 HOURS to be told they can't do anything about it...

Excellent customer service to name Rupert amazing lovely salesman.

I had an amazing experience with Marshams following a terrible experience with a well known car dealership. They were friendly, contactable, helpful and good for anyone with any car experience. I felt comfortable and safe with my car purchase and I didn’t feel stupid asking any question. My car was kept in great condition and had proper service checks. All documentation was given to me and I was also able to test drive the car ahead of time. Rupert was so friendly and would follow up on anything which we had agreed. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I mostly dealt with Jason who was brilliant at explaining things to me and making a nightmare situation with my car seem more manageable. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

I have to say my experience was fantastic, from first contact to last, a little delay due to the finance provider but totally out of Matthew’s hands, he was brilliant!
Great car, great price, great service and they even did some paintwork I requested prior to collection.
