Order not fulfilled
I placed my order, and my payment was accepted. I was emailed a receipt for my purchase. As I didn't receive my goods I, contacted the company and asked where my order was. The reply was that the computer had lost and my order, the order number no longer existed. Instead of offering to manually fulfill my order, they just refunded my money. Leaving me to source my grandson's present elsewhere. Not handled professionally.

Hi Mark Keane, We have indeed changed our website and people have to re-register as it is a new system. This is our first week with the new website, not second, however, we understand that some customers are struggling to re-register. All you have to do is reset your password here: https://marketsports.com.au/login.php?action=reset_password
If you don't receive an email to reset your password, it is because you never opened an account. In that case, we invite you join our Rewards Club here: https://marketsports.com.au/market-sports-club-rewards/
Alternatively, if you don't want to join our rewards club/have an account with us. You can just shop as a guest.

Hi there, we are currenlty trialing couriers please to make sure we maintain our low shipping costs and stay viable as a business. Why would that make you vivid, did you have a bad experience with them from us? I see your parcel was out for delivery two days after placing your order. Regards, Dylan
