I purchased a wetsuit from Zhik after just two months of normal use the suit developed major tears.
Customer service made the situation worse. My complaints were largely ignored, and when I finally received a response, I was effectively told to buy a new one. Suggesting that a customer replace a two-month-old wetsuit instead of addressing a clear durability issue is unacceptable.
DONT WASTE ANY MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCTS ITS A SCAM.

Great customer service: The German delivery company has accidently sent back our order too early and we couldn’t pick it up. Zhik sent it back to us within days.

I had a problem with the order to by and Dom was very helpfould and attend.

I came to Switzerland from Turkiye, tried to do online shopping, however i cpuld not manage the payment due to systematic errors. I contacted customer services an d they immediately solved the problem and helped me. Very good products and above excellent customer service

I purchased some sailing shoes. FedEx were an appalling delivery service and said they had attempted delivered when they hadn't. I was in at the time they said they attempted. They cancelled last minute for delivery on two occassions. There was no way to contact fed ex.

There was not a prompt response from zhik and could only contact via an online system. They said they would organise delivery or collection from depot and they would update me. No update received. They agreed to refund me. Including the £9 delivery charge. They actually debited my account again, rather than refund me. I am absolutely appaulled by the service. I'd give them a zero if possible. The person I spoke to wasn't rude or anything and did say sorry once, but seemed indifferent to the situation. Altogether, this has been a dismal shopping experience. The sailing shoes were a gift for my birthday. I ordered them on 12 th July 2025, and this issue has still not been rectified.

DO NOT BUY ZHIK BOOTS,
Very disappointed, bought a pair of offshore racing boots that lasted only one wear.
These are not built for offshore sailing at all,
Customer service was very unhelpful.

I bought a suit that came with a small defect, but a replacement was sent the same day, I received it in perfect condition. The brand was highly recommended by a friend, and the customer service was quick and excellent the same day and send a replacement at the moment.

So far i ordered several neoprene parts and sea boots directly on zhiks website and i will proceed to buy equipment. I had no problems with returning products, which did not fit. The support always responded very quickly, the refund on returned products sometimes seems to need some time, but their support workers are quite nice and you could just ask for assistance. I give them 5 stars, cause of the high quality on their products and for their fast helping support.

I made an order - Zhik UK website, worth over £1000 encouraged with ' doesnt fit?-easy returns'. I tried to use ''easy'' returns portal- every single time there is an error message on the last step of the process. I have send about 14 emails to the customer service. No reponse. I am trying every day for 8 days now. I am very busy but have to spend time and effort. This literally ruined my well-being -I am so stressed. There is no other way of contact with them. I have even filled a different returns form on EU and AU Zhik websites which generated a confirmation emails and finally someone called Allison from Zhik customer services responded advising me to use the very same link to UK returns portal that doesn't work! I replied to her emails explaining what is happening and attached screen shot of error message. No response back! I now contacted the bank (took me over an hour on the phone) but have to wait 15 days for them to start the claim process. I have no life because of this! This is despicable.

Return policy appalling comparing to other sites like HellyHansen, Tilley etc. First, you fill out a basic online form. Then you have to wait for a reply (which may or not may be arriving in the next few days). All e-mails from zhik go automatically to spam, which needs to be checked daily (since you get emails from multiple email addresses to confuse you further). Then you have to purchase your own return shipping. Similar Tilley return used a modern microsite which handled everything, all I had to do is print the label. All these bad experiences are even before the refusal of return (due to missing two useless pieces of cardboard - the labels). You can tell they are not interested to win any market in Europe!
