Contrary to their response I DID NOT recieve anything CLOSE to a satisfactory resolution. Despite sending muliple photos and videos to the ALL FAULTY and broken machine.
It is now in the hands of paypal.
This company should be ashamed of themselves.

I have used this company many times. I use tape in extensions, they are quality extensions, price is fantastic, shipped and delivered in a timely manner and always as described! 5 stars!!!

DO NOT ORDER from this business. My order arrived weeks late without any communication as to why. The hair was so thin and knotted it was unusable. I repeatedly tried contacting customer service via email and the online chat. They ignore my emails and cut the chat off when they find out I want a refund.

Stay well clear of this business.

Hair is NOT human hair as advertised.

I have ordered from here for years up to maybe 6 years ago. I would get ponytail pieces and clip ins. Prices are way cheaper than alot of retails and it's good quality m just ordered another pair of curly clipons as I haven't ordered in a long time. Exited to receive this. Thank you!

The quality of hair I received was very nice and smooth and the color was beautiful as well. They have great deals and was pleasantly surprised with the quality.

Indian hair extension, Very good quality this year went with 9 pieces of hair and white blonde hair 34 inches to dye it pink last year was 10 pieces bleach blonde so changed it up this year to white blonde you would really get the 12 month mark out of them if you treat them like the way you treat your own hair even longer would recommend white blonde if your going for a red pink blue colourful colours

For couple of times I paid for fast shipping to receive it in 2-3 days but unfortunately received that in 7 to 8 days

Great hair very happy with quality

After buying for several years, the batch I received was very tangled and had a ton of split ends. My hair looked awful. I contacted customer service and after a few messages back and forth and providing photos, I was completely ignored. I have yet to receive a refund or replacement and think this company is a little scammy in its practices. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

Have been buying hair from MHE for years, always receive the best hair!! It last for so long aswell!! The 30inch is my favourite will be getting more soon :)

I’m so upset again with your product. I just got installed 100 pieces to add to my already existing extensions and they have all fallen out within a week. Continuously, I receive faulty product, or wrong coloured hair etc
