I placed an order earlier this month for clip in extensions hoping it would look as natural as possible so I can wear on my wedding day in just a few short weeks. When I received my bebonias, they were perfectly packaged and actually matched my color. I ordered the Ash blonde, 16”, ringlets. Because I was going more for getting length, I made the mistake by opening the sealed part of the bag first so I couldn’t return /exchange. HOWEVER, I loved them so much and wore them while I waited for my 22”. A week later I received my other length in the mail so by the time they came in, I became a pro at installing them in my hair to achieve my everyday desired look.
I learned to wash/style them thanks to the videos on Bebonias IG page.

I highly recommend these extensions to anyone who is wanting a full/long look.

I've been buying the same hair extensions from them since uff I think 2020 or 2021 same kind nothing diffrent and honestly the last two sets I've bought feel diffrent, and the one I just purchased on 3/06/2026 feels fried from the ends. What sucks is that the test strand of course feels and looks good but after pulling out the rest of the hair felt really bad. I think it might be time to part ways and find a new brand for curly hair lately they been bad I dont mind the price increase ik curly hair is hard to come across but add bad quality to the mix its no from me especially when Im buying it ever 4 months.

I was really disappointed with my extensions from this company. When they arrived, I was shocked at how extremely thin they were. My natural hair is already on the thinner side, and there is absolutely no way to make these blend or look right with just one set. What felt especially sketchy was that shortly after they were delivered, I received an email asking, “How’s the volume?” The email then went on to say that most people need TWO sets to achieve the proper volume. Nowhere on the product page or website did it clearly state that the extensions were this thin or that most customers require two sets. It honestly feels like a sales tactic — sell one set for almost $200 knowing it likely won’t be enough, then suggest buying a second set after the fact. If it were clearly stated upfront that most people need to spend nearly $400 to achieve a full look, I think many customers would make a more informed decision before purchasing.
I feel misled and disappointed. Transparency about thickness and realistic volume expectations should be clearly stated on the product page — not revealed in a follow-up email after customers have already paid.

I was very satisfied with the customer service. I am based in Germany, and my request was handled within two days, which was very fast. I needed to change my order because I accidentally placed it incorrectly at first, but this was absolutely no problem. Everything worked smoothly and without any complications. I absolutely love the communication emails I receive throughout the process of ordering the hair. The websites go in depth about the hair you will recover and have very helpful pictures and videos that ensure you’re not confused on what you’re buying. The quality of the hair is amazing and the color matching blew me away! It’s as if the Bebonia hair came off my own head! The clip ins are invisible and super lightweight, which is a plus for me in maintaining the health of my natural hair. Overall I love the service and will from now on make Bebonia my regular hair provider!💕

I’m in love with my spiral set it blends so well I’m mostly spiral to the crown ringlet in middle and curly on top. I’m now waiting for the new minis I hope that get minis in spiral and ringlet soon thank you Benonia

I was ordering every three months to replace my extensions . I think their recent price increase is significant and haven’t ordered since . I’m also disappointed they never offered shorter extensions for older woman . After each purchase I had to pay an additional 40.00 dollars for my hair stylist to take off 3 inches . Became unaffordable !

Great quality. Received in a relatively short length of time. I've used plenty of straight clip in extensions in my lifetime. But I have only been able to find synthetic in my curl pattern, until I found Bebonia. Now i can have quality, remy hair. I love not having to heat style my hair to match my extensions. The band and clips are sturdy for numerous wears. I like them so much I bought a second set as a back up.

Received fake looking, frizzy extensions with a very unnatural curl pattern. Customer service agreed however it was a long process to refund. Even then, they refused to refund the £60 shipping as the money ‘didn’t go to them’. Surely, if you admit the quality is poor, it is on the company to pay back the customer out of pocket. Why should I have to pay £60 for the privilege to receive such bad extensions.

Bebonia is very well at taking care of their customers. I had a problem and it was solved in a few days. I honestly appreciate it so much when a company is so caring! Next to that are their products very very good.

I’m really disappointed with the Bebonia lightest blonde spiral extensions. They don’t curl up like they’re advertised to, and they’re extremely difficult to blend with natural hair. Compared to other spiral extension colors, these barely look curly at all, which makes them look very unnatural. Honestly, they were a complete waste of money. They’re delivered YELLOW and you have to tone it out.

I bought the 110g ringlet set. I washed the hair and I saw a blueish black residue coming from the hair and that should’ve been my first sign that something was not right, But I continued to wash the hair and style it according to the videos they have and I did the finger coil method. The hair is very stringy and thin and looks NOTHING like what is pictured on their website. When I reached out to customer service I sent them a picture of how the hair looked, first of all it took 3 days to respond back to me and I had to be the one to reach out to ask for an update…Customer representative said how I received the right curl pattern and they advised me to buy another set, what a joke! Now I’m out of 200$. A total scam ! DO NOT BUY from this company. You would think they would look at the pictures I sent them of the hair and notice that the hair set I received looks completely thin and nothing like what they advertised it should look like, and good customer service would make things right and would offer to send me a set since this hair is clearly defective but no they completely ignored my concerns and just wanted me to purchase another set.

I can’t say enough great things about Bebonia! Their products are absolutely top-notch — I’ve been using them for several years now, and there’s simply no other company that comes close when it comes to curly hair extensions. The quality, the look, the feel — everything is perfection.

Today, I had an interaction with their customer service that just confirmed why I’m such a loyal customer. They reacted so quickly to my request and truly went above and beyond to take care of me. I was very impressed with how smoothly and professionally everything was handled.
