The google method for downloading…
The google method for downloading minutes is efficient. But... there are always gaps in the minutes when I run a backtest on the data.

I think you have a wonderful product
I think you have a wonderful product. I received a letter talking about future expansions of the tools to include greeks for options that have already traded and do not exist anymore. However, I think you should license your function to Google Workspace and Google One. Meaning, Google pays you for a license for the use of your add on and it would be included with the users Google One or Workspace accounts. I think you would make a lot more money, and you could hire more people. There's that. What I am saying is, think bigger.

No near realtime options data in…

I am a new user. I signed up for $144/year subscription. I want to plan my options trading and need realtime options pricing data. for the most part your google sheets extension fails. please help me
=OPTIONDATA(R4,"ask") gives me ?NAME error - where R4 is AAPL
=IF(Y4="",0,OPTIONDATA(Y4,"ask")) gives me ?NAME? error where Y4 is contractid

Thank you for the clarification—and we’re very sorry for the confusion. Your current subscription includes 15-minute delayed options data, not real-time data. That’s why you’re not seeing live prices in your formulas. If you need real-time options quotes, we do offer that on a higher-tier plan.
The #NAME? error you're encountering typically indicates that the Google Sheets extension isn't fully installed or authorized. Since the formula works occasionally, it's likely a setup issue rather than a service failure. Our support team has your helpdesk ticket open and will walk you through correcting it.
Once properly configured, you’ll get consistent delayed options data as included in your plan.
Would you like help upgrading to real-time access, or should we focus on fixing the Sheets integration first?

It's fine, but a ton of room for improvement
It works but the data is not particularly fast, needing to run the sidebar to receive quotes is a bit annoying, no automatic refresh intervals, and no support for international securities.
