Very nice support after a few tries
At first my proxies failed and was only "supported" by a not-very-useful bot. After some days, they finally messaged me and from there on after they were very nice, reimbursed me for my payments spent and gave me a round of free trials of their different products.

The website wasn't very explanatory. I signed up for a service because it said the location was there, but when I accessed the dashboard, it wasn't.
They should dedicate more clear information to the website.

We're sorry for any confusion you may have ran into. It appears you had purchased the incorrect plan. Our ISP Premium plan is a USA only product while our Standard ISP plan is available worldwide which is notated on the site. We have refunded your payment and have followed up further by email.
