My order for gloves was changed as I found they were uncomfortable to wear. Suggested replacements were much better. Damaged hat was replaced without question.

I ordered a marine map set as a Christmas present and was worried that in may not arrive in time. Thankfully the item arrived super quick, and was very well packaged. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very competitive on price if not the lowest online. Many thanks.

Goods arrived within two days!

One of the items I had ordered was not in stock but I received a phone call immediately and was offered a more expensive item for the original price so that I had the item in time for Christmas. Very good customer relations and service.

The product came as requested without any damage and responses from customer service were quick when I emailed them, however I was disappointed as I had ordered the product on the 12th Dec as a gift for someone for Christmas thinking that was adequate time, the email I received on ordering said it should be dispatched within a week however it wasn't actually dispatched until the 21st Dec to be delivered on the next working day which was the 24th Dec, I'd already left to visit family for Christmas so it arrived too late. I would use MarineStore again as this was the only issue however not if I needed something quickly or at this time of year.

I found the service was excellent, communication was very good, kept me informed at all stages of the order/delivery process. Would have no qualms in recommending Marine Store Chandlery.

Delivery was delayed by a week, presumably because an item was out of stock. I was told this the day after I placed the order, which was fine. Communications from MarineStore and from their delivery courier were good and accurate. Goods were as described.

I ordered a ships wheel for my husband for Christmas. The wheel was absolutely lovely but I forgot to order the hub cab. When I phoned up explaining this, the woman was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. As there were none in the country, she ordered this from Holland and said she would do her best to get it to me. I thought I would be waiting weeks. It arrived about a week later, just after Christmas (but that was my fault and not the companies). I would have no problem in doing business with them again. Thank you.

The services from this company was brilliant, they were very helpful and the goods arrived quickly and safely.

Just before Christmas I saw a deal on their web site, and wanting delivery as a gift, I called to check on stock. The very pleasant young lady I spoke to advised that none was on the shelf (Musto BR1 jacket) but she would ring Musto and place an order with them, and if they had no stock she would call me back immediately.
That was on a Friday at about 3.30pm.
The coat arrived on the following Tuesday - cant expect better than that !
