DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT order anything from this company. They sell products that are absolute junk, made in China. Recently purchased heated vest. Thought did my due diligence and looked up ratings and everything and all the reviews were positive. Vest took forever to arrive and when they did they were not even close to size ordered. Had ordered two one for and one for my wife. Ordered one size larger on both. The medium barely fit my wife over a tshirt. Ordered with wearing over a heavy sweat shirt in mind. My wife normally wears a small. My large was actually smaller than the medium. The tag inside vest listed the medium as a xl and the large as xxl. Most writing on label was Chinese even though they lead you to believe it is an American product. When contacted company got off shore call center. Asked about return and correct sizes and got a lot of double talk. The they offered could keep product for 50% off, then 75 then 85 (see other post as this is what company does with any product). When persisted and now demanded full refund per their 100% guarantee got more double talk. Finally when threatened to report to pay pal and my credit card company the told me will refund me in full plus told me to keep the products. When checking pay pal account and tracking refund noticed had bought a product from margin holdings in 2023. They were electronic rodent control. They all failed within 60 days. Basically Margin Holdings sell junk products with hoping you won’t follow up and try to get your money back and when you do will offer you significant discounts to try to make something from the purchase. Seeing they go as far as discounting 85% I assume that is the mark up they charge for the products they market. They won’t take products back as they would have to pay return shipping that would cost them. In my opinion Margin Holdings is a scam company that makes sure they don’t cross that fine line to expose themselves to government investigation or any type of litigation. They will give you 100% back because ‘No Harm No Foul’

Ordered 2 lumi galaxy light projectors and upgraded for additional slides. The package arrived without the slides. Customer service said I needed to pay for it, which I had already done. Then sent an email showing I paid for it, but indicated I received the slides. I never did, they didn't refund. Went to Paypal to resolve, but could not resolve because I gave one projector as a gift and Paypal requires the entire order to be sent back. Paypal was kind enough to issue a $14.95 credit, which was the cost of the upgrade. Marginal Holdings is a rip off. THIS COMPANY SUCKS in customer service and they know how to work 'the system'.

If it was possible to give a 0 for a review, that is what this company deserves. Purchased a Vital Health Ring in Nov for my husband for Christmas and it did not fit. We needed to return the ring for the correct size and we were informed that a 30-day Money-back guarantee does not allow to exchange the product for the correct size after Christmas. Lousy customer service. Do not buy anything from this company.

DO NOT ORDER THE LIFE RING! I ordered the Life ring on 11_11/24. When I tried to sync the ring to my phone, they wanted my credit card. In order to use the ring you are charged a $34.99/mo recurring that was not disclosed in their ad. I wanted to return the ring, but this company wanted to reduce my return by 15,% plus another fee. PayPal Claims sided with the co. I can't use the $87 ring!

The products they advertise are NOTHING like what will arrive in the mail and their return policy is predatory at best.
One business associated with these shopping scam vermin is Vital Skull Shave / 2345 Vauxhall Road / Union, NJ / 07083 ~ the shaver is promoted as operating at 10,000 rpm but the oscilloscope says closer to 6500 rpm and the unit itself and every including accessory is cheap plastic Chinese garbage that does more yanking of hair than shaving.

I ordered a smart camera from them. It is a terrible product. The camera barely accesses the wifi and does not conceal your wifi password.

I bought glasses from this company. They are junk. Do not buy the glasses. I wanted my money back. They charge a restocking fee of 15% as well as not paying postage for this junk. The glasses are unable to be used. I took the deal for 85% of my money back and I am letting PayPal know that this company is a scam. I think they have done this many times to other customers.

I didn't sign up for a "subscription". Please stop charging my Paypal!

Power Saver fraud
I bought two Power Savers - they were a total fraud claiming they came from Elon Musk. He had nothing to do with them. They Do NOT Save any Energy. They are a total FRAUD. Don’t buy them! They do not answer for online support emails and do not answer phone calls. I have to take it up with PayPal since the charge from them "MARGIN LTD" was taken.

First of all, I've never heard of this company and I ordered nothing from them. For that, I'm $200 poorer. What a nightmare! I have no idea how they got into my account but I will get some answers soon...

Ordered 3 dash cams, paid with PayPal, took over 2 weeks for delivery by DHL passed off to USPS and they arrived damaged. Sent a request through Paypal and their company name for refund and honored within the same day. I would be skeptical about this company but they did me right!

I ordered a product back in May which I just realized I was charged for three different times and it says the package is being tracked that I never received it. I’m not sure at this point what it was I ordered since I do a lot of ordering online but I obviously did not receive the package And was charged over $100 for it.

A scam and fraud - DO NOT buy anything online from any company or offer that mentions their name - they lock onto a credit card number and continuously charge you monthly for a non-service that you never signed up for. AG filings and FCC fraud (wiretap and banking crimes) need to be made. It’s time for class action law.

This is the worst product and the worst customer service! I bought their Miniguard Camera for $43.94. It was broken right out of the box. I alerted the company... No reply! I emailed again... No reply. I paid $5.55 to return it. I emailed to inquiry about the refund and to let them know their product was defective... No reply. I did get a refund, but for only $28.89. They said it was a "Restocking Fee," but I asked them why they would be restocking a broken product? Many form letters later, they said it was a "restocking fee", never answering my questions or addressing my question of why they would be restocking a defective product. No answer from their company. Apparently, their customer service strategy is: The End... Next!
They said they are a legitimate company, but are they? Or are they just sending out broken products to unsuspecting customers and then just reselling the returned broken item and pocketing the money? From their lack of correspondence and actions, it wouldn't surprise me!

Scammers! Avoid these folks at all costs! It’s a Chinese company which makes it even harder to deal with. Noticed charges on my checking account and called to Margins Holdings Limited to see what they were charging me for. They tried to get me to accept a discount. I said “No” I wanted a refund since I never ordered anything in the first place. They tried for another discount. Again, said “NO.” I was advised I would have to receive the order and call them back to see how to return what I never ordered. I’m gonna guess I’ll be instructed to mail it back to China and the postage will be on my dime.

Do not purchase anything from this company. I have been fighting with them since August about a product I have never received. The product was mailed to the incorrect address and was not forwarded to me by the post office. I am still fighting with them and Paypal trying to get my $147.95 refunded. This company is a scam. Evverytime I talk with Margin Holdings they tell me because I have initiated a dispute with Paypal they cannot help me with the refund. And then tell me that I will get my refund via the dispute. That has been over 2 months and I still have no refund.
