Purchased 1 bag of detox tea on 4/13/26. Was charged for a 2nd bag that I did not order. I just discovered that Margin Holdings has been charging me a subscription fee for $24.99/month! They billed incorrectly for the single item that I did purchase. Avoid this company like the plague!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

The product was a piece of crap. Didn't work properly. Offered me 50% back which is a joke. But if you return it they charge you 50% restocking fee. So you loose either way. Do not buy anything from this store.

These people are total SCAMMERS! They charged me for money that I never authorized from my PayPal account! I never even heard of this company before now!

Margin holdings limited is a criminal organization. They steal from customers

On March 31/2026, my wife bought one of those called *Robot puppies * , named *NICO". For our surprise she received 3 of those NICOs. When she checked her PayPal accoun, got a big surprise: this Company triple the charge for a total over 1 hundred dollar.
We found a customer service Phone # (now come the best part)
when called (to return those puppies) and complain for the extra 2, the answer was that she (my wife) bought the 3 toys. The PayPal resolution to our complain was in favor of the mentioned Company.
My advise for this Company to improve theyr business is to stop scamming consumers before the authorities get involve.

I bought the so called blue light glasses and they are a piece of crap . I have contacted this company but they don’t act like they have any information about what I ordered. I spend 54.00 and got glasses that you could get a better quality at the dollar store.

I received the dog and there were no directions on how to use it and you put batteries in it and all just yep yep all along. Is really annoying and the price is ridiculous.

Margin Holdings Limited. I purchased a security camera called SecureCam Lite. Nothing on any videos, web site or FB pages indicated this was a foreign company. It arrived with only Chinese instructions, the enclosed QR codes don't work. This was obviously a scam site

Do not buy from this company, they are terrible.

I ordered and paid for the Nico Robot Dog. In their advertisement, it looked so lifelike in its movements. I would have thought it was a real dog. When I got it, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was an dog that jerked forward and back, making this stupid noise that hardly resembled a dog. It was truly the most pathetic thing I have ever seen. And had I known this is what I was going to get, I never would have bought it. This is truly one of the most glaring examples of false advertising I have ever encountered. Its total deception. How can a company do this. It really is more than I can fathom. And they should give me a total refund. Pam Whaley

Products is very cheaply made. They offer returns within a limited time frame, but you aren't given an address to return the product.

This company is a scam. They send garbage products and then continue charging your cards for more money. I can't even talk to a live person for refunds, AI assistant is a joke. Worst company EVER!!

They appear to be scam artists, advertising products on Facebook. Beware, if you see either Margin Holdings Ltd or Inno Lifestyle Shop. If you order an item, you will be tagged for "extra services" that you didn't agree to, some of which are monthly, forever, if you aren't paying attention to your bank account transactions. The Margin Holdings website is a complete fake; it's nothing but a blank white page. The Inno Lifestyle page brings a lot of vague descriptors. Save yourself some trouble, and go to WalMart. :-(

False advertising or corrective glasses that were just blue light glasses

Ordered an item back in Oct. It got sent to the wrong address. I got up this morning and saw where they had charged me again for the same product. Also, they claim I signed up for sume subscription program. I promise you I did not. I called, argued, and finally got a supervisor. The supervisor refunded me my purchases.
