I had the most smoothest and the best journey purchasing my second property and all credit goes to my move manager Zaini Miraj and manager Julie Hedley.

My first experience was not too great for many reasons, one being the move manager's poor interaction.

I was reluctant to be purchasing with Manning Stainton based on my previous experience and hoped my move manager would not be the previous one.

However, I was blessed to be allocated Zaini and she changed my perspective on Manning Stainton and has fully redeemed the business and changed my viewpoint!

Zaini provided me with updates at her earliest convenience and checked in with me before she went on annual leave and when she returned. Zaini explained all points until I understood and was always available when I had questions as well as responding fast and at a timely manner. I have worked with professionals for many years, however, the professionalism and effective communication Zaini provided me with has been outstanding.

Purchasing a house could be very over whelming and stressful, however, I did not feel these emotions at all. I felt the journey was very relaxed, smooth and stress free! I would recommend Zaini to all home buyers, she is definitely representing Manning Stainton to the best! Words cannot describe the difference between my experience from the first purchase to the second and this is all down to Zaini's professionalism, hard work and positive engagement as well as running with the case effectively.

Receiving the keys is always a positive and heart warming experience, however, Julie Hedley made this extremely special by giving me a goodie bag and made the keys personal by attaching a keyring with an imbedded trolley coin. Very handy!

The office is a welcoming and warming environment. I am a young female who loves social media and felt the office is a perfect "instagrammable" environment. I could not wait to take picture with my keys and be proud of my achievement!

Before instructing Manning's I had another estate agent round to value the property. The asking price they advised was ridiculous. You need to mindful that estate agents have the tendency to over list properties initially to then bring the price down. Dan at Manning's recommended a realistic list price that I was both happy with and felt was realistic. Needless to say we didn't need to drop the price Dan's valuation was spot on.

The staff were professional and helpful and the sale of my property went through smoothly. Zaini the move manager was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to chase her for information, she was in touch at least once a week usually several times, so I always knew what stage we were at in the process. Zaini definatley made the sale a lot less stressful than a house sale normally is.
