Manning Stainton have been amazing from start to finish! So glad i went with them ,i was going to go with the free online Agents...but Manning were worth every penny! kept me informed at every stage, always on hand, the sale has gone through with no probs ..My advice is if you are selling a house, go through Manning Stainton, you will be so glad you did!

Thanks Zaini and everyone else at Manning Stainton! Was a great experience using them to sell my house overall and I definitely recommend using this professional and capable team.

Very simply a great friendly team at the Leeds Beeston branch. Nothing was to much trouble and always a welcome when I went into the Office. Would use again with no hesitation.

Very helpful and professional outfit. The organisation was always on hand to take calls and answer queries, even thoughts that were, in Some cases, out of their control. There was a close family feel to the relationship. The fees were also very favourable compared to their competitors.

Manning Stainton agents were always accommodating, kind and respectful. They explained things in more detail when I asked and alway rang back if they said they would. They seemed to chase things up on their own initiative which was great and made the process less stressful for us. I would work with them again in future.

It's good experience and they
Solicitors are very good

Great communication and helpful in every way. Smooth transaction thanks to the help of Zaini Miraj and the rest of the team.

Living in Scotland the English system of property sale was not without its frustrations. Zaini kept us regularly updated and in contact with the purchaser once the initial sale negotiation had been carried out by Lauren ( the buyer having been identified within a few weeks of tge house going on the market)

We put the house up for sale in March with your Beeston, Leeds Branch and the sale seemed to be dragging on with not a lot of communication, I telephoned and left messaged but they weren’t always returned.

Carole our move manager was on holiday for two weeks and during this time we didn’t get any updates and when she returned it was the same, she didn’t seem to know what was going on and we don’t believe anything had progressed at this stage.

Carole then went on sick leave and we were then dreading the next few weeks until we received a call from Zani.

Zani Was very helpful and she regularly rang us to give us constant updates on the progress. We never once had to chase her.

She was very informative and very helpful with updating us on where we were. If she promised to ring me back on a certain day and time she followed it through.

If Sani hadn’t had become involved in the sale of 61 Allenby Road we would have put in a complain of poor service and communication, she turned the sale around for us she was amazing, a credit to you.

The company kept me informed and up to date.

Found me a cash buyer who proceeded quickly. All staff were great, Zaini Miraj who looked after the sale followed up very efficiently with the purchaser, solicitors and myself.

Thank you.

Charlotte Poutney at the Beeston Branch did everything possible to ensure that the sale went through. It was my first experience selling a flat and there was a deed of variation delay with it but the final weeks of pushing the sale through Charlotte was amazing at communicating between everyone concerned. She went above and beyond during this stressful time.

I liked that you answered all my questions in a polite manner, even when things were not clear to me and you had to re-explain many times the same thing. I liked that you drove me through the first part of the process in a very helpful and informative mannet. I would have liked you addressed me to as helpful and informative solicitors and conveyancers. Once they stepped in I stopped understanding where we were in the process and what the following steps were.

The service was excellent as everything went smoothly and acutely from start to finish.
Well done and we are really grateful. Thanks again and all the best.

Our experience with Manning Stainton has been really good. The staff communicated well and answered all the questions we had through out the purchase of our home. Special thanks to Carol, Julie, Debbie,Charlotte and Lauren for all their hard work during the process! I would highly recommend!

Mannings were great, the buyers stalling spoilt the experience

We had a lovely experience with Lesley Alexander. She stood for us and fought for things to ahead until the end. She has been an amazing advocate, l will recommend her service to my property investors in Leeds.
