I visited site to purchase tickets for my sons birthday and the link directed me to Eventim where I purchased 2 VIP tickets costing over £270. This included Meet and Greet so was very pleased. I was until someone said thats just an usher to show you to your seat! I was quite upset as I wanted to make this special for my son. I contacted Eventim who said I needed to speak to Manchester Arena to clarify the meaning of Met and Greet. When I spoke to Charlotte at the Arena she said it was nothing to do with the and speak to Eventim. I explained i was now piggy in the middle getting passed about. I was told it was nothing to do with Arena they did not sell me the tickets although there website directs you to Eventim. Very poor cusyomer service and was told in future ask before you pay! Thank you Manchester Arena.
