Took my 5 yr old grandson who has a prostethic leg and finds it hard to get around sometimes and has to use crutches..I pointed this out to the accessibility team when booking..on the day of.the show we were shocked to find our seats at the very top with no space at all for him ...we had to keep moving him so people could get passed as we were on the end of the aisle ..customer service were terrible saying it was a full house yet they knew about his disability 6 mnths prior to booking...and when I complained to customer services via email what an absolute joke ..Took wks to reply and said they were sorry and that we had been offered to move on the day only to later say in an email that there were no seats left....and when i asked to speak to a manager on the phone instead of an email i was blatantly told no ....manchester arena your disability policy is a joke and your customer service is even worse
£5 for a large Coke Zero..
£5 for a large Coke Zero... please come off it absolute joke. It’s expensive enough for concert tickets , parking and merchandise as it is but to be charging £4 for a bag of kettle crisps is a slap in the face.
When you think cinema prices are bad these are worse
Horrendous Drinking Policy
I thought the show was brilliant, but ruined by people constantly leaving their seats to go and get drinks, thereby disrupting us and our view of the actual entertainer. They were so bad, they actually spilt drink all down the back of one of my family members. If they were in a pub situation they would have not been allowed to buy anymore drink as they were clearly very drunk, but here they were still allowed to buy drinks, Why can't you have a non-drinking section, where patron are not allowed back in if they leave the section when the performer is on, if they have a drink in their hand?
Staff were also unhelpful at dismissal time, closing and blocking the exit nearest to our car park and therefore making my elderly parents walk a longer way round in the pouring rain.
Spoiled what should have been a fantastic night.
Nightmare ques and expensive drinks

Unhelpful staff
The arena staff wouldn't help my disabled mother to her seat so we had to leave
Great staff and reasonable prices.
Prices good for an arena
Prices good for an arena, views from most seats are also good.

Micheal Buble tickets…
Tried to book Micheal Buble tickets through the access booking number as both my Wife and Myself are Disabled sent E Mail and then I called and left a voice mail . The booking line times are 10am to 5pm so when no call back by 5pm put my phone on silent as I was visiting my Wife in Hospital . On coming out of the Hospital at 8pm checked phone and missed call from booking line . It is a very poor system for disabled people to try to book seats and every were else I have booked I have called and had to wait or call back until I got through . I have sent other E Mails and have had no reply . This is very poor and should be a better system in this day and digital age
Not bad place friendly enough
Great staff!
After a terrible experience with another one of the attendances at the Gorillaz concert, the staff was really sympathetic and helpful. We felt really harassed by this woman and the staff was the reason why this didn’t ruin our evening as they gave us better seats to compensate for this uncomfortable experience. Overall, the staff was really great!
Customer Services sadly lacking
I have been receiving daily emails advising me that the WWE ( World Wrestling Entertainment ) NXT wrestling show was coming to the Arena on 6th June this year, and that tickets would be on sale from 10.00am this morning, Friday 17th March 2017.
In order to ensure I obtained tickets for my grandson and I situated near to the walkway where the wrestlers make their way to the ring, I spoke to a member of the ticket office at 10.07am after making my way to the arena.
I told him where I wished to sit and he advised me that all tickets on the whole of the floor area were sold out, though I could purchase tickets in the tiers.
I asked how could they have been sold out in 7 minutes?
He went on to say that they could have been ordered online, and that there may have been a presale period.
I pointed out to him that I was receiving daily emails advising when the sale started.
During our conversation it transpired that there was a £7.50 handling fee per £50.00 ticket. The last time I attended personally at the arena there was no handling fee if I paid cash, so what did the handling fee consist of? That was a difficult question as I received just a blank stare.
I declined to purchase any tickets and as soon as I said that I was informed that 2 tickets had suddenly become available. £100 each. ( plus the handling fee of course. )
I queried how could they suddenly become available and was told that " Things change all the time. "
I declined the offer.
On returning home I telephoned the Arena with the intention of questioning the manager regarding my experiences.
Perusing the internet for contact details etc., out of curiosity I looked up WWE NXT.
I was more than surprised to read that what I took to be the WWE show containing the superstars, their description I might add, was in fact a developing arm of the brand and the wrestlers were not those that I expected.
So top ticket prices for not the top rated wrestlers.
Contacting the Arena, unless you wished to purchase tickets, proved impossible.
Even Customer Services left you with a recorded message to either email them or ring later and then you are cut off. The number I used was 0161 950 5000.
The last WWE show we attended in 2015 provided marvellous entertainment for the children, and no doubt some adults too. I gained my enjoyment from watching my grandsons expressions of sheer joy and excitement.
What I didn't tell him was that there was also a WWE show that same time at a holiday camp down south. In effect you get to see some of the stars, not all of them, and you do not know who you will be watching until you attend.
There is a small line inserted in the shows description that says wrestlers can change at any time, so they cover themselves there, though each show is advertised separately and of course there is no mention of the other show that same evening in a different location.
I have looked at the WWE tour dates for 2017 and they are doing two venues at roughly the same time in different cities over a period of days.
I am quite relieved that I was unable to purchase tickets when I attended, as I am sure that my grandson would have been disappointed on the night when he realised that the superstars he watched on television were not on the show.
As for the level of customer services offered by the Manchester Arena, it is in my opinion non existent.
