LWGas regularly services my boiler; during a recent regular visit I requested a quote to renew all radiator values. Prompt and courteous service, the engineer was thorough, explaining and checking details as he carried out the work. The firm is a model for the industry.

The service was excellent from booking with Liz to Ken and his apprentice. They were all very polite and clean and tidy. Would recommend them.

I’ve used LW Gas for a number of years at a previous property for annual boiler servicing and replacement. They completed this job at a new property to their usual high standard - on time, friendly, clean and happy to give advice on future works. 5* as always.

The engineer arrived promptly, he was courteous throughout and explained matters as he went leaving the area tidy on exit. The price was as per the quote.

We have used LW Gas for several years, mainly for servicing the central heating and effecting repairs as required but also for installing a new boiler and all new radiators. They have always been effient, competant and friendly. In particulr when we returned from holiday one evening to find the central heating not working, following a call to them the next morning they had someone arrive and effected a repair that afternoon. They do look after their regular customers!

LW Gas installed our gas boiler several years ago and it has been trouble free since then. It is serviced yearly by LWG who always remind me beforehand and an appointment is made. This month, the engineer Luke arrived punctually and undertook the service. He was tidy, efficient and thorough. He always provides feedback if anything requires attention. I have always found this company reliable and that is why I continue to use them.

L W Gas were professional and polite. They were reasonably price and cost was as per the quote. We were keep informed of any changes. Would use again.

Had a full plumbing installation replacement (boiler, radiators, pipes, taps, etc.) carried out by LW Gas and I really can't praise them all enough. Not only was the work carried out in an efficient, professional and speedy manner and communications before, during and after the works excellent, but the on-site team were a pleasure to have in the house too.

I can highly recommend LW GAS, they provide great service and always reliable. If your looking for heating, dhw , or gas works give them a call, I always use them for installation works and to look after my Worcester Bosch boiler and heat store system. No Worries !!

We use this company for our annual boiler service. More recently we employed them to install a new, more energy efficient, boiler, move and install a new radiator to make way for a floor to ceiling window, and carry out a full flush of our entire heating system. Nothing has been too much trouble, and all work has been carried out super-efficiently, with minimal disruption to the household. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

LW Gas has maintained my gas boiler for many years, now. I've always been very happy with the service they provide. The engineers are knowledgeable and friendly, and the cost is reasonable.

We had an emergency leak from our hot water cylinder on the landing - I called LW Gas when I noticed (it was already damaging the ceilings downstairs) and they advised and responded immediately - preparing a quote on the day and arranged to replace and resolve the issue within a couple of working days. I would definitely recommend.
