First Annual Boiler Service carried out by Paul.
Arrived during the agreed time period and was respectful of our property at all times. He was friendly and professional throughout and gave me a brief summary of what the service entailed, prior to leaving. No adverse issues. Thank You Wilson Plumbing and Heating Ltd.

Came on time took great care with protecting flooring from front door to the boiler. Very pleasant engineers. Did a very professional job and explained the workings. All literature very well presented.

The job was to carry out our annual boiler service. The Engineer Paul arrived on time and carried out task in a professional friendly manner, on completion Paul spoke to us about what he had done and how the boiler was performing. Excellent job would recommend Wilson Plumbing & Heating

Service shown boiler was in need of replacement, Replaced the next day with a new boiler at a very reasonable price. Kept informed every step of the way and very satisfied with the results. Paul was serving the boiler and Lewis replaced it, also the office staff were great and Craig was very helpful.

Engineer Adam Fletcher did a great job,dirty & arduous,removing obsolete gas equipment from my house,yesterday.
He cleaned up all the mess & took away debris.
He also fitted a smart new tap with complicated plumbing,with great skill.Thank you,Adam.

Fantastic service, very fast response with Craig Wilson responding to our heating problem within hours of asking for assistance. Craig diagnosed our problem and gave us options to consider within a short time and arranged for an engineer to undertake the boiler replacement. Nick and Ben arrived first thing and were very professional, polite, respected our property and left the job clean and tidy. Nick also took the time to explain the new heating controls. This was all fitted in during a very busy pre Christmas period. Thoroughly recommend this company can't praise them highly enough.

Wilson Plumbing installed our new boiler two years ago along with a Hive thermostat system. Paul came out to do its annual service. Cleaned the internal parts, checked its efficiency and checked the thermostat. Never had any issues with it since it was installed and always get a helpful reminder from Lauren for our annual service. Can’t recommend the team enough. Great communication booking and invoicing through Lauren on reception, and great service from Paul today, who came to the house on time and got on with the job in the kitchen whilst I looked after my baby in the living room.

Paul arrived at my Mum’s house before time even though the weather was terrible. He did a thorough job explaining everything to us, we are always pleased with his work ethic.

I have dealt with Wilson Plumbing and Heating for over ten years. They are a very professional company and todays visit was no different. Paul arrived on time and set about carrying out the required gas inspection of our Static Caravan. Paul explained in detail what the inspection consisted of and the results of each item tested. A very knowledgeable gentleman and a great ambassador for the company

So pleased we found Wilson Plumbing and Heating. From seeing a leaflet to checking the webiste, to Craig coming out to quote and alert us to some things that needed urgent attention, to Nick and Lewis replacing our boiler, a radiator, sorting a few other things, and their advice on how to run the system we are very impressed. Nick and Lewis are 2 lovely guys, very polite, efficient and hardworking. Would highly recommend.
