Looks great online but quality of garment isn’t there
Whilst the clothes look fabulous on the website, the quality and fit isn’t great. I have worn a pair of leggings I purchased a handful of times and the fabric has run, there is a split in the stitiching up the pants making them unwearable. Another pair I purchased didn’t wash well at all. You don’t get what you pay for.

We ordered over $200 of sports apparel after saving up to spare the cash for a rare online purchase.
Upon receiving the clothes it was instantly apparent that the quality was poor, frivolous and clearly not going to have any lasting wear.
We tried a few items on noting all we’re a terrible cut for something that is supposed to be “fitted” active wear. We’re not out of shape or difficult to shop for body types either and none of the clothes sat well at all!!!
As well as poor cut and workmanship, the stitching and finishes of the sewing were mostly loose and unravelling. This was before even wearing for a first time lol.
Upon immediately asking for a refund and offering to personally take the garments back to the local Melbourne warehouse we were informed there could only be store credit but no refund.
Definitely don’t want any other garments after the 6 or so we bought were all not up to scratch so this is definitely a poor outcome.
Lift your product L’urv! You won’t have to improve your crappy customer service if your product is of quality and value as advertised!!!
Terrible returns policy
Firstly, I ordered and paid for four items only to receive an email informing me that one of the products was "unavailable" and they would be issuing a refund. Why this product was even available to purchase if they had no stock is beyond me.
Today I receive the other three items which are unsatisfactory. The leggings are horrible and see-through. On the website they appeared to be solid black with coloured shapes printed on them but actually they are white with the black only printed on the outside. Once they are on and stretched over the body, the white shows through especially round the butt. The two t-shirts are also not the right cut for me. As I am unhappy with all the products, I went to check the return policy only to find that anything bought on sale is not eligible for a refund unless faulty. This is very poor customer service for an online store where almost all the products are on sale. Seems like a bit of a scam to be honest. Do not purchase sale items from this company.
Multiple cancellations of orders
I purchased a pair of leggings online and after two weeks order was cancelled due to stock issues. Recently I made another attempt and made another online purchase for a different pair of leggings and this was also cancelled due to their errors. I got refunded but that's ridiculous.
I had to wait 2months…
I ordered in early September I received after 2month later. I understand because covid but this is too long so when I ask about money back they send a email to wait for another 7days which is they resend a package.
I wasn't happy with they customer service and quality of clothes. It made in China
and the size is too small. I ordered large size because the website recommended large size for Australia size 14. I decided just keep it instead returning because I don't know how long wait to money back it could be another 2months??
I bought in first place because the website said 5~7days.
The package it might be coming from china?
I only can think of why it takes too long...
I also ordered other packages from other company and I normally receiving in 1month.
I wouldn't recommend if you order from this brand order one size bigger.

I am a loyal customer of Lurv and spent thousands of dollars buying their seats. This year I got two parcels delivered all in wrong sizes. I ordered size M and their customer service blamed me for ordering wrong sizes!!!! I double check I order the correct size but this new parcel delivered two xs and one small instead!!! I am so fed up with it and I am going to stop shopping at this company altogether. Their website has glitches!!!

Love my leggings - I have 2 pairs and bought a crop as well. So soft and comfortable to wear and I love the hidden pockets for keys and or phone.

Amazing customer service!!!
Purchased a jumpsuit and it had faulty stitching. Contacted L'urv and Vicky posted a new jumpsuit as soon as I posted the faulty jumpsuit. The entire transaction took an unbelievable 1 business day. Vicky was amazing in accommodating what was possibly going to result in a delay of a birthday present. Thank you and L'UUUUURVVV the jumpsuit x
Overselling items & Horrible customer service
I made two seperate purchases to Lurv. On the 3rd of September I purchased a pair of leggings. After not receiving any tracking information nor update on my order I made contact with Lurv on the 14th of September whereby I was informed the leggings were oversold and I was refunded my money. This was very frustrating given the length of time I had waited to receive the leggings to then be let down further to be informed they were no longer in stock.
As frustrated as I was I gave Lurv another opportunity and made another purchase as a gift to my mothers in law for her birthday. I made this order on the 20th September. Yesterday I received shipment confirmation where I noticed only part of the order had been confirmed. I again had to send an email to lurv asking why a pair of leggings I purchased had been excluded from the shipment. This morning I received another copy paste email (as it was the same I had received back on the 14th September) saying that the leggings were oversold and I would receive a refund.
Because this particular order was a gift I requested that I receive a refund and cancel the entire order. I am told they have already dispatched my order and no longer their problem. It seems according to Lurv it is now my responsibility to contact AUS post and redirect the order to return to sender!!!! Seriously this level of customer service is appalling.
Stay clear of this company where possible!!!!!!! There are so many other amazing active wear brands that I am sure would provide ten times better service than this sloppy company.

Placed an order only to have half of it actually delivered. After waiting patiently for almost 2 weeks, the remaining items on my order were refunded because Lurv claimed they did not actually have stock. Mind you, they were still advertising the exact items as available while telling they actually weren't. This same thing happened on 2 separate occasions. (I thought it was a one off, give them a the benefit of the doubt...I was wrong.)
Upon expressing my exasperation with their flawed advertising, their customer service reps response was basically "currently we are very busy with other things and so the list is a bit delayed in getting done. It is not just you who this has happened to and unfortunately there are multiple other women who will miss out" and even went so far as to say "I know it is frustrating to buy something as a gift to yourself because you just feel a little s****y". Also, went on to try to vindicate him/herself by telling me, "Don't take your frustration from the business out on its cust. serv. rep, who's simply here to answer emails and phones. We don't make the rules, we don't order the stock,we don't know what happens in the warehouse.."
Wow.. suppose they forgot that they actually REPRESENT the business and advertising stock that you do not actually have is against Australian Consumer Laws as it is considered "bait advertising".
Besides the awful and unprofessional service they provide, the quality of their active-wear is subpar. Leggings are NOT squat proof and feel rather rubbery and very synthetic. Their bras look nice but quite impractical. The straps are clunky and annoying. They constantly slide down and need adjusting. Not the worst I've ever seen but they are definitely not worth the full price tag. For that price you could get a fantastic quality product from elsewhere.
Oasis 7/8 Leggings Blush
I was extremely disappointed with the Oasis 7/8 Leggings in Blush as they were see through!! No pair of leggings should ever be see through, but for the retail price of $109 this is very poor. I tried to wear a white g-string and you could still clearly see through the item. Sizing was fine, that wasn’t the issue, neither was the crop. However, I will be having to return the leggings as they are unwearable.

Had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased two items and paid 20 USD for international shipping that was supposed to take maximum three weeks. After waiting more than a month I sent an email to customer service in which they answered that I will only receive it in three months and that they will not refund me for the shipping. I would never order from them!

Got sent the wrong size. Order took forever to fulfil - paid for express shipping which was a waste of money. Sizes seem to run large as it is and i don't understand how you could mistake a size M for an XS. No response from customer service, email kept bouncing back to me saying "undeliverable" when I tried the complaints email listed on website. Clothing is cheaply made in china. First and last time ordering from them. Absolute rip off.
