ABSOLUTE FRAUD!! I would really give this vendor ZERO stars - what an absolutely horrible experience. I paid for expedited shipping in early November to get $500 of merchandise for Christmas. First of all, I received it in January, the quality was absolutely horrible!! When I inquired to return it, I was asked to "donate" the merchandise if I did not want it. I continued to pursue a return - they gave me an address in China - of which I did my due diligence to try to return, until I took it to UPS and it was going to cost me $300! I disputed the charge on my credit card, and 5 months later, found out I have to pay for it because I have no proof of return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT - THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE US!

Do not order from this company. It took almost two months for my order to arrive and clothes looked nothing like they do on the website. They refused to let me return anything despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I ended up disputing the claim with my bank and they fortunately credited me back.

I ordered product around Black Friday 2020. It arrived in January 2021. I had contacted them several times and got a response that it was delayed. When it arrived, I was very excited. Opened the package and was completely dissatisfied. The product was cheap material, blurry and was printed on by the process of sublimation. It looked nothing like the product on the website. Not at all professional and to be honest, I would never wear any of it. I immediately contacted the company to return it because (and I screenshot their website) their return policy stated that they would accept all returns. Guess what? I fought for weeks before they offered to finally refund me $26 of my $117 order. Really? Well, I never even got that. Total waste of time and money. They should be reported to the authorities for fraud, not honoring their policy and poor business practices. I will NEVER order from this company and I recommend you don't either. Unbelievable.

TERRIBLE quality, delivery and customer service - RUN AWAY!!! You have been warned - this company in no way deserves 1 star.
I can't possibly overstate how terrible this company is to do business with. First, I bought a "Christmas" gift in late November and received it about 2 months later at the end of January. 8 weeks coming from a sweatshop in Guangzhou, China. Second, when it finally arrived, it didn't fit, was see-through and was generally unwearable. Their response was that I can't return it because they only accept returns for "stains and holes". So the website’s claim of “if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return your item” is a 100% LIE 绝对谎言. My only hope for a refund at this point is to file a complaint with PayPal. There are many, many other options out there. This company's quality, delivery and customer service is NOT acceptable - DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service, insulting, would not allow me to return my items...actually asked me to measure them for quality assurance to return them. Crazy! Never dealt with a company like this. Buyer BEWARE!

The quality was definitely not worth the price. Took a long time to receive purchase. Very little communication from the company regarding the purchase.

I ordered a gray 2 piece set and the fabric was actually blue, not gray. I also ordered a cream colored set and the fabric has small purple polka dots all over it when it appeared to be solid cream in the website photo. False advertising. Products are not as pictured.

Loved my purchase. The material and feel is just as in picture however I gave a 4 star rating because the order took a while to arrive.

The clothing is really not what is depicted or what you would expect. The models must be wearing sizes two to three times larger for the effect and the cloth is cheaply made, not a cotton blend that is described, but a stretchy synthetic. If you still choose to order, I would suggest ordering at least two sizes larger that what you normally wear and expect less in quality for the price.

I would give negative stars if I could. This site is a total scam. The clothing is cheap and looks absolutely nothing like the pictures on their website. They clearly are not a legit company. They will not give refunds even though they say they have a 30-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy. They will not return items for size. They likely will not return for any reason at all.

This website is a total scam. I was fooled by wasting my money and thinking they are legit. The pics are so nice and the reviews on the site itself are 5 stars so I was fooled by that. I got my joggers and all polyester and synthetic. Nothing close to pic and cotton material they claimed. All are Chinese made. They don't offer returns either where they claim satisfaction guaranteed.

TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I imagine any good reviews were written by them. They send you something resembling the item in the photo but gross synthetic material that I would never put on my body. I am trying to get a refund now. Loved the two shirts I purchased. Both were good quality. Both were sized as described in size chart and the reviews. Long time between ordering and delivery, but still would purchase again.

Dresses came in good time and print nice . One dress was very nice , great fit and lots of compliments. Little disappointed one dress size small was too large to make it look nice even with a belt

I really like the quality of the clothes I purchased. They are true to size and true to what is pictured on the site.

This company is awful they try to get you with cute advertisements on Instagram. However the quality of the clothing is less than desirable. The shipping timeframe took at least 3 to 4 weeks. The quality of the clothing is nowhere near the advertisements and photos of gorgeous models. The customer service is lacking what they do adequately is answer emails ... but they do not offer any returns other than clothes defects. And you pay for shipping back. They do require you to upload photos. One string was missing from drawstring on Pajama pants and they offered me a $10 refund when the outfit cost $50. I would not recommend ordering from this company at all unless the clothing prices were significantly reduced to 75% off.

If I could give 0 stars I would. TOTAL RIPOFF!! Terrible quality, poor fit, poor fabric, cheapest expensive junk I ever purchased! Oh, no returns. . .so. . .

This company is a total joke. Their clothes are nothing like shown on website and the material is cheap crap from China. They are refusing to send a return authorization and it’s extremely frustrating. Guess i need to contest the changes now with my bank. Very unprofessional company. Please don’t waste your time with this place.

Unfortunately I did not read these reviews before ordering from this awful company. I ordered 5 tops, 3 were labeled as sweatshirts. They all were exactly the same thin, cheap material. No paperwork with order so no information on how to return. Was first offered a $10 “discount” on my $156 purchase. That increased to $22 after many back and forth emails. They finally gave me a return address in Dubai. I don’t trust them to credit my account once I return and I am responsible for shipping costs so will chalk this up to a lesson learned

Well I find it hard shopping for clothes on line since I have trouble picturing them on someone. Plus Many shops have different ways of fitting. In this case I was shopping for my daughter-in-law, and my son sent me the details so it went relatively easy.
