Avoid

I ordered some hair accessories from Lovisa online at the end of May 2021, for a wedding. 4 weeks later and I had still heard absolutely nothing. I emailed the email address they provided on the website to try to find out what had happened and where was my item I had paid for. To their credit, they did reply back within 12 hours, saying that my order had been lost in transit. They didn't even ask though if I wanted a full refund which is sneaky, and instead, assumed I would be happy to have a voucher to the value of my entire order, that I can use in store or online, valid for 3 years. After the poor service I had, plus reading poor reviews (unfortunately I only looked for reviews after I had bought an item from them, when I realised it had been weeks and they had my money but I had no item), I thought there is no way I am ordering anything else from them and I requested a full refund from them, which again to their credit, they arranged a PayPal refund approximately 5 minutes after I requested it. Avoid buying online from this company.

Fab experience with Plymouth store

Me and my friend went in to the Plymouth store to get peircings, I went in to get a second lobe done after having my first lobe done as a child so I was quite anxious. However, we were served by a lovely girl called Yas (I think) & she couldn’t have been more helpful & reassuring. The best experience! Couldn’t recommend them enough! Also, their earrings are super good quality. I bought huggie hoops and they are a little weighty which is nice. They don’t feel cheap even though they were extremely affordable!

Meh.

I had come across Lovisa, whilst looking for different places to buy earrings. They were having a sale so I picked up some different types of earrings to give them a go. I noticed on the email that delivery would be 10-12 working days from the date of order. I hadn't received anything after that time had passed so I emailed asking for an updated (as supposedly you were to get an email with tracking). They were delivered this morning and I also got a text to tell me my tracking number. The earrings are alright, will do a few turns anyway but I don't know if I would repurchase from them again.

Pretty poor experience

Pretty poor experience; The pieces of jewellery were expensive for what they are, the delivery time is a joke in a world where Amazon exists and the "Customer Care" was anything but caring for customers (without being out right insulting). And in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them.

Frustrating waste of time and money

The service if buying online is an absolute joke. I placed a large online order, had to chase information for over 3 weeks and still didn’t even receive a tracking number.

When I complained about the time taken to receive my tracking number they just cancelled my £120+ order with no communication or message.

Dreadful service. Do not give your money or time to this company.

Really disorganised company with awful customer service

I ordered from Lovisa on March 29th, and I was told the delivery would be around 10-12 working days. After a few days longer I emailed them asking if they would be dispatched soon. They clearly didn’t ready my email as I was sent a reply saying they had delays due to covid and that my item would be delivered within 10-12 working days from my order date! Awful customer service!

I was then sent an email a few days later (that was clearly sent to everyone who was waiting on an order) saying that my parcel was lost in transit and they would resend it out to me. But this was clearly a lie as I never received an email saying it was dispatched in the first place.

I have now opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back, as I can’t see myself receiving these anytime soon. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered with no updates.

Awful ,never again

I had previously shopped from them in store and was really happy with everything I had bought but the online service is appalling .It has now been almost 3 weeks and my order has not even been dispatched yet.The customer service isn't very helpful either as they keep reassuring that my order will arrive soon but it never does.At this point I just want a refund because I bought them for a special occasion which has now passed.I would not recommend buying online from Lovisa to anyone.

Never again - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do not order from Lovisa's website!! I placed an order, had to wait 3 weeks for anything to arrive. When it did finally arrive,10 items were missing and I had to contact them to check where they were! I never received those items, apparently they have now sold out. Extremely disappointed. All customer service replies are clearly from a set word bank and they do not read requests properly. I had a standardised apology line for missing one item when I am missing 10. I have never had such a bad customer experience. In the end, they failed to deliver more products than I actually received.
They have done nothing to make up for their incompetence. Plus, they charge nearly £5 for delivery which they claim they cannot track until it has been dispatched. This will take 3 weeks at least. Very strange! Would never buy from Lovisa online again. Waste of time!

Absolutely ridiculous customer service

Absolutely ridiculous customer service! My order took so long to come and when it did finally arrive one pair of earrings was faulty and one pair was missing. Contacted customer service who were just as delayed as the delivery and unbelievably when they did decide to replace the missing item and the faulty item they sent me the wrong items which took ages to come aswell. They didn't even let me know they were sending it out via message i just randomly recieved an email to tell me my order is on the ways! I cant be bothered to contact them again as it wasted enough of my time! Avoid!!
