Got my 2nds done here i cleaned my ears properly as they recommended and both of them got infected pretty badly they pierced them very close to my firsts and now my earring is embedded into my lobe! Do not recommend at all!

I'll be honest, the earrings are beautiful, they're complete crap, they fell apart after the first time I put them on. I bought four for one, one of them was blue and dyed my whole neck, so I was wondering why they don't give a bill.
Belly bars with out ball and thread…
Belly bars with out ball and thread close do not work. The silly push in/close does not keep the belly bar in place as the ball just keeps coming off. Belly bar has come out numerous times and is now lost for this reason. Also the metal clasps around the sparkly gems catch on my clothes all the time. I’ve never had this with belly bars I’ve bought elsewhere.

If i could give zero stars i would. i recently got a helix pricing at Lovisa and they reassured us they were going to pierce it with a needle however, they then proceeded to use a gun. for a week my ear was really painful, i went to get the helix changed to a flat back because they didn’t pierce it with one. when i got to the actual piercing shop they said they were shocked that my cartilage hadn’t shattered. i was then charged £53 to get it changed.

I am autistic and have ADHD. The staff were incredibly uncatering to my needs when I saw my sister get her ears pierced. I got extremely panicked, and the staff were simply no use and were quite frankly disrespectful. I would seriously advise you think twice before visiting lovisa.
UNABLE TO RETURN ONLINE ORDER
I bought some necklaces online and on receiving it I did not like the quality. I tried to return it instore and the lady said they do not accept online orders . I tried to return online and raise a return form but I was told they could not find my order number. Shopping with Lovisa is frustrating. Avoid them like a plague.

I visited the Woking shop and was very pleased with the service I received. I had to buy some jewellery for my goddaughter and had to seek some advice from the assistant. She was very helpful and the gifts were gratefully received by my goddaughter. Thank you Samira.

Myself and my aunt have popped into lavisa today while shopping and had the most wonderful experience, the staff were wonderful. Courtney helped us with our shopping and helped us with our piercings. She was very professional and did a excellent job.
We will be returning for our next piercings very soon.

Misleading products
Purchased some earrings that arrived late & was offered a gift voucher instead of a refund for the next day delivery that I paid. The earrings looked nothing like they did on the website when they arrived. The website called them “statement earrings” when they arrived they were tiny & I was hugely disappointed. They will not let me refund although these are clearly unopened. Not even an offer of a partial refund. Will never order from lovisa again.

No receipt unless you give an email?? This is not ok
Shopping at this store was chaotic. When I tried to pay, I was told I had to provide my email to get a receipt. Every customer deserves a receipt after purchase — it shouldn’t depend on sharing personal information.
I asked for a printed copy, but the staff refused, claiming “sustainability,” which feels disingenuous given the excessive packaging used in-store. This policy also discriminates against people who can’t read or write — like some of my family members — who would be unable to receive a receipt.
Withholding a receipt unless personal data is provided isn’t ethical or inclusive. This policy needs to change.

I got my ears pierced for the first time at the branch in Glasgow Buchanan Galleries and the ladies who served me were amazing. So helpful, polite and just in general lovely ladies. I hope to go back there for my 2nd piercing.

I want a paper receipt.
When paying, was asked for e-mail address which I refused as I wanted a paper receipt. Girl told me "the printer's broken" (??) so was forced to give my e-mail address. I asked what happens to those who have no e-mail address therefore no receipt - if there is a problem later? She didn't know. I haven't received my receipt my e-mail! This was the branch in Leeds Trinity.

Excellent service Newcastle upon tyne
I visited the Newcastle upon tyne store today and service was superb.
There was a lovely range of costume jewellery and some eye catching rings.
I tried a ring on and couldn't get it off my finger. It was well and truly stuck.
I went to the counter and explained my predicament and that I did intend buying that ring and 3 other items.
The guy at the till was great. He managed to find some liquid so I could ease the ring off.
What could have been a very embarassing incident, was dealt with by him in a very kind and considerate way.
I love the jewellery I bought and service was superb.
