Absolutely great . Called with Prepurchase questions and Beth was soooo helpful. She helped me choose a sling which has been fantastic and was excellent value for money. Flexible and convenient shipping and payment options. Parcel arrived the next day even though I chose free delivery. Thank you so much!!

My order arrived very quickly which I was delighted about. I loved the branded eco packaging and the hand written note, made my shopping experience feel all the more personal. Excellent service all round.

I ordered a sling from this company to use for my first baby. They sent the wrong sling (an old version which was only suitable for older babies) although I didn’t realise this until I had used it for the first time (they look similar). The company refused to exchange the sling for the one I had ordered as I had been honest and explained I had used it on one occasion.
I will never go near this company again.

The service I had last week from them was wonderful. I contacted Beth after 1 month of having my sling and I just couldn't get on with it at all. She gave me a FREE online consultation and she wasn't happy until I was happy. Which is so important when I can't get out, especially with a little baby.

I don't know what I would have done without her; she was kind and empathic, and nothing was too much trouble. She gave me little hints and tips to change how I was using it and now I'm a happy mummy!

And I absolutely loved the way the sling was sent to me too, such amazing detail and care. I've told friends about how impressed I am, much appreciated!!

Absolutely terrible company! My husband ordered me a sling from here when I was pregnant, after a month it hadn’t arrived so he asked for a refund which took 2 weeks to process. I thought just bad luck and decided to try them again to order a different sling when my baby was 2 weeks old. Got a confirmation email but sling never arrived. I contacted after a month to see where it was, they said it would be in that week, never arrived, emailed again following week, said it would be with me by end of that week, never arrived, emailed and asked for a refund and cancel order as it’s now almost 6 weeks and I’ve bought and borrowed slings from elsewhere and they said it had been sent to me so I couldn’t cancel! Waited another week for it to arrive only to see it was despatched the day after I tried to cancel. So they lied and sent it to avoid a refund.
I sent it back at my own expense as they refused to cover cost of postage despite all this. 10 days ago it was signed for at their address and still no refund!!!! When I email I just get one excuse after another and when I call no one ever answers, I’ve left 3 voice mails and never been called back!
Horrendous, stealing, liars running a company with a sweet sounding name selling products that people need when they’re most vulnerable having just had a baby! Especially during lockdown.
I’m starting to doubt I’ll ever see my £50 again!!

Exceptional service, Beth is fantastic.

I bought a sling from Love To Be Natural and after a month I was still struggling to use it correctly; I found it difficult and time consuming to put on, and so I got in touch with Beth to see if there might be another sling that I would find easier to use.

Beth was amazing - she gave me all these little hints and tips that completely transformed how I was using the sling. She was fantastic! Now I find it so comfy and it’s so much easier to use now than I imagined it to be.

And I absolutely love the way the sling was sent to me too, such amazing detail and care. I've told friends about how impressed with the service I was, much appreciated!

I've ordered in the past no problems, however this time its been shocking.
I ordered a month ago, order acknowledgement came through perfect - since taking my money all down hill.
No email to say my order was partly out of stock- upon chasing 2x weeks into my current ongoing wait, they emailed back apologising and they would issue the same item different colour.
Guess what another 2 weeks later and still no delivery and no emails.
Uv50 hats for my baby spending over £30 for quality rather than your standard shop.
What a joke this is. I'll update my review in another month when I'm probably still waiting!!!!

Really quick and easy transaction from purchase to delivery. Especially helpful during this time where I can't get to any shops. Packaging was recyclable which I thought was brill. Delivery took a couple of days but I expected that.

Still waiting on refund after 4 weeks!
Two maternity coats were ordered to arrive 13th Feb 2020. They arrived late from Royal Mail and I wasn't in to sign for.
Therefore I bought a coat from another high street store and returned the coats to Love to be Natural. This wasn't as straight forward as I expected because I had to get authorisation to return which took an age. This was the first thing that seemed strange as returns are usually an easy process. Anyway given that they appeared slightly particular with returns I decided to send back Special Recorded Delivery guaranteed before 1pm. The coats arrived back with Love to be Natural on the 24th February 2020 and I have the tracking details to prove this. The refund should take 10-14 days I was informed. Well it is now the 24th March and I have not yet received a refund. Love to be Natural owe me well in excess of £300 and I need this money as we are expected out first child within the next few weeks. I am stressed and upset that they are ignoring my requests for a refund. I have informed PayPal and my next port of call is the small claims court to seek legal action.

Great service, fast shipping, amazing product.

It was the live chat after sales help with Beth that was really impressive - I had question after question of whether or not I was using my sling correctly, I sent her photos of how I was using it and positioning of my baby, and she gave me hints and tips as to what adjustments I should make. I basically had a free consultation, she was amazing! Thank you!

Very poor communication

I ordered a coat on the 31st January and after waiting a week hadn’t heard from them about my coat being dispatched. I emailed and again heard nothing. I emailed them a 2nd time and eventually someone got back to me and told me my coat had been dispatched “some day last week”! No tracking number and no specific day given.
Another week went by and finally my coat arrived. It was lovely and great quality but unfortunately it was too big. So I emailed them again to enquire about refunds or exchanges but again I heard nothing back from them.

Their products are great but a lot of work needs to be done on communication.

Really pleased I purchased my sling from love to be natural!

I wanted to get one for my new baby but was in two minds where to buy it from. I would usually shop at amazon or somewhere but I knew that they wouldn’t be able to help if I needed help with using it or offering advice on the best one to get.

So I purchased my Tula from here and it’s amazing. Great help via chat before purchase, easy to order, great comms and fast delivery.

Great website, great selection, and £5 off my first order. Nice!

Very speedy delivery (it arrived the next day on Saturday morning), item exactly as described, all beautifully (and environmentally) packaged with a sweet little handwritten note.

Love To Be Natural are amazing, especially Beth who helped me carry my newborn who was born prematurely at 28 weeks.

I am so glad that she was available to help me choose a sling, and to help me carry my baby properly; I don’t know what I would have done without her. She literally changed my life, and my ability and confidence as a mum!!

Honestly, I’m so fortunate that she was there to help me; it almost moves me to tears just to think about how relieved I was when she showed me what to do and to help. Nothing was too much trouble, she was kind and empathic. I feel so lucky!

What would I have done if I had bought my sling from Amazon or John Lewis?!? Phoned them up asking for help?! The value and services that companies like Love To Be Natural and people like Beth offer is amazing, they are literally changing people’s lives for the better, at a time when they often need help the most, and for that I will be forever grateful. I never write reviews but feel compelled to, because if I had seen the bad reviews on here beforehand I never would have bothered ordering from them. I ordered my daughter’s Christmas presents on the 29th November. They hadn’t arrived by Dec 13th, so I emailed to enquire about it’s whereabouts. I got a reply on Dec 14th saying that I had to wait until two weeks (2 more days) had passed from the date of dispatch (which was Dec 2nd) before they considered it to be lost, upon which they would then re-dispatch my order.

When I then contacted them on this date, I was then told that they had none in stock to re-dispatch to me and by the time they replied it was the 17th December. I then had to send another 4 emails before I got a reply, in which I requested a refund, clearly stating this was so I could order with another company. I explained that I did not have the funds to re-purchase the items and so needed their refund in order to get my child’s present for Christmas. They agreed that it was lost and I would receive a refund. No refund was sent. I emailed them again on the 20th and on the 30th requesting a refund and got no reply. I only received a refund once I started a claim through PayPal. This was on the 2nd January.

The parcel then turned up on the 13th January so I emailed to say it had arrived and how could I return it. I was then informed that I would have to cover the cost (£14) to return it (it was heavy wooden toys) because I had already received a refund, or I could keep it and they would take payment from me.

Never have I dealt with such an unprofessional company on so many levels, before then being told that I either need to pay £14 for them to receive it or I have to buy it. I clearly stated when requesting my refund that I would be buying this from another company, so that I could give it to my daughter on Christmas Day. I have yet to receive a response from them. Utterly disgusting way to treat your customers.

Hit and miss - one order arrived fine and another didn't arrive after waiting over three weeks. Communication is shoddy, they sometimes reply to emails, sometimes they don't. Their phone number doesn't work/is fake. Wouldn't bother using them.

I ordered this on a Monday, chose standard free delivery and it was delivered to me the very next day. Super fast, packaged beautifully and in great condition. A lovely item that was described perfectly on the love to be natural website. A great personalised service.

The 100% eco packaging was a big plus, and I think more companies should follow their example :)

I am new to baby wearing and a little overwhelmed, so prior to my purchase I bombarded poor Beth with questions by email. She was extremely helpful and I selected a wrap. The wrap arrived promptly, well packaged and reflected the image well. The quality of the product was better than I expected (for the fantastic price) and the instructions are very clear.

I had a very shocking experience with this company. I ordered several slings to compare fits (they assured me when I contacted them that this was fine and I could return those I didn’t want). I’d never used one before so this made me more comfortable with the online order. They sent the slings in separate orders as they didn’t have them all in stock and decided to use the arrival of the first sling as the date of receipt to start the return period (even though I contacted them to say I’m still waiting for part of the order). I never received the other sling and was never refunded for the first two. I couldn’t return the first two as I wanted to compare it with the third and also didn’t want to pay for return shipping more than once. They said they would issue a credit note which I didn’t want as I just wanted a refund and not to buy anything from them again. However, I never even received the store credit!! My baby also arrived early and we both were recovering when all of this happened but the company was not understanding in the least or communicative (you cant even get in touch with them easily). It was sadly the worst retail experience I have ever had. Thankfully my bank opened a dispute and kindly refunded me for the slings. I hope no one else will have an experience like this when trying to prepare for their little ones. I also posted my review on their site and it was quickly removed. They seem to just feature the five star ones in contrast to the many very negative ones on here (so very dishonest). This company needs to be seriously looked into. Please be careful.
