Like everyone else in the last 6 months, I haven’t received my order but they’ve taken my money and won’t respond to emails. I’ve sent four now and the sling I ordered should have arrived 10 days ago at the latest. I’m waiting for my bank to get involved now.

1 star goes out to my bank for retrieving £160. From love to be natural 5 months after my pyrchase that i never received.
No emails responded to and she does not post any poor reviews on her site.... it is not to be trusted she ia not to be trusted.
This mum helping mum blurb is a disgrace shes justbripping them off and in my case leaving me without an essemtial item i coukdnt then afford to replace!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Echoing many of the other reviews, I ordered a sling from this company several months ago. I’ve sent multiple emails to them to chase but received nothing back and no other way to get in contact with them. Given the number of bad reviews and products not received by others they must have taken £1000s in orders they never actually fulfill. Absolutely disgusting

Placed order, received confirmation and then had absolutely no correspondence. Ignored my emails and had to claim money back through the bank. AVOID

Do not purchase from here. They never processed my order (which seems to be a common problem) but took my money. Never responded to any of my emails chasing my purchase up. Luckily my bank refunded my money. Awful customer service. Please look on etsy for similar products, happy with the wrap I finally received from a much better company!

I have been in touch three times now with regards to an order I placed on 24th May. I still haven't receieved my order or have they been in touch or responded to my queries. I am really disappointed. There is no other way to get in touch with them other than email and no where other than Trustpilot to leave a review! I highly recommend that you find an alternative company.

Would give it no stars if possible. Item never arrived, no reply to numerous emails. Have had to claim money back through the bank. Awful - avoid!!

Avoid this sham company. Similar experience to many others. Not sure this company actually exists other than to take your money. No response to emails, phone number rings out. I have claimed the money back from my bank.

I paid for my order and received confirmation receipt but never received my order. I have reached out multiple times and am now trying to claim through my bank.

I don't understand how this website is still legally allowed to operate. Like so many others on this page, I ordered something from this website, received a confirmation email, was never sent the item.
I paid with my debit card but after raising the circumstances with my bank I should hopefully receive the money back. I've also called Citizens Advice Trading Standards to report the company - which I recommend everyone does - and I also passed the details onto BBC Moneybox, Which? to report a scam and Guardian Consumer Champions although I doubt anything will come of it.

Really disappointing. Did not dispatch order despite paying for next day delivery, did not reply to emails or the contact form on website. Will try to reclaim money via the card company as it doesn't look likely I will hear from them. Avoid, seems like a scam.

Placed an order 14 days ago, no email of dispatch, and so many emails to chase I couldn’t even count, tried to call the business number, it doesn’t connect, sent Instagram messages and messages under nearly every Instagram post, not one response. I have sent a final email today as I will be requesting a chargeback on my card, business is still running but seems to be a complete scam

I have not received my order from weeks ago and they do not reply to any emails.
They will take your money and you will never hear from them again.
How they sleep at night I do not know!!

Placed an order for a woven wrap in mid December 2025. The order never showed up, I didn't get a dispatch notification. I emailed them mid January and was told there were delivery delays. I was told this for weeks. I never heard from the company again after January, they have completely ghosted me. I've emailed every couple weeks, I've requested to cancel, I've asked for a refund, no response. I've submitted contact requests through the website, no response. I submitted a complaint review on their website, got an email through to validate the review, but it never went up and I was never contacted again. They owe me £116, they've clearly just stolen my money at this point. Never had anything like it, insanely unprofessional, not convinced its a legitimate business. Avoid completely.

Failed to update me about my order. No response through contacting the company online, no response on instagram. No item delivered after almost 2 weeks after it said “free 48 hour delivery service”. Now having to go through my bank to see if I can claim the money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I cancelled my order due to lack of dispatch info. The company agreed to refund my money but didn't. I sent lots of emails asking for my money and in the end reported the company to my bank who claimed the money back on my behalf.

I would avoid this company. I had terrible experience twice. Originally I have ordered baby sling beginning of December, the order wasn’t delivered so I have contacted the shop and was informed that the item is delayed and they can refund me. I have accepted the refund option and was told that the refund was processed. Unfortunately I didn’t check my bank statement at that time to make sure as I was trusting the refund was sent. A few months later in March I have placed another order, again the order was not delivered so I have contacted the shop again but didn’t receive any response this time. This made me worried so I started to read all reviews here on Trustpilot only to find out that this shop does take customers money, never sends anything and never refunds money back. That made me check my bank statement for my original order from December only to find out that the seller never refunded anything. I had to open dispute through my bank to get my original payment back and just waiting to open another dispute for the second order. It is really sad that people like that are able to run business and take other people money. Please avoid this company

Avoid!! Be warned that they are scammers. They'll take your money, never send your items and never refund you.
I wish I had read the reviews before I gave them my money.
