Lovemybedss Recensioni

Ordered a sofa which was delivered quickly. I received a call shortly after ordering to confirm a delivery date, with follow up calls to check again. On the day of delivery I was given a phone call beforehand to let me know when they would be arriving.
The sofa is lovely and I'm really happy with it so far.

Amit and Faizan delivered my sofa and transferred it into a van for me to take over to the island home.
They were kind and managed my time very well with prompt delivery windows the day before and 30min prior.
Couldn't have gone smoother.

Service has been fantastic throughout, i even managed to change the colour of my sofa last minute, as they had stock.

Respect to this firm and how well it is being run. Great price great sofa great service. Placed an order online and within a minute they contact me to set up delivery. Sofa was delivered by Sami and his colleague less than a week later, two great guys and even better the boss authorised them to install it for free as well. 15-20 minutes later all set up and in position and all the rubbish taken with them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The service was absolutely amazing especially from Sami and his worker who put my sofa together and made sure it was all okay. Such fast delivery and high quality, would definitely recommend to anyone

I couldn't be happier with both the service and the quality of my new sofa. From start to finish, the delivery team were professional, friendly, and extremely careful. They brought the sofa into my home, assembled and positioned it exactly where I wanted it, and took great care not to damage any walls, doors, or my property during the installation.

The sofa itself is absolutely top-notchbeautifully made, incredibly comfortable, and even better than I expected. The quality is outstanding and it has completely transformed my living room.

From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding, with excellent communication via WhatsApp throughout the entire process.I accidentally ordered the wrong colour sofa through the website, but the team were incredibly helpful and quickly amended my order without any hassle. I also needed the sofa bed urgently due to guests staying, and they really went above and beyond to help. The sofa was delivered within 72 hours, which exceeded my expectations. The two delivery drivers were professional and courteous, carrying the sofa upstairs and assembling it for me, making the whole experience completely stress free. The sofa bed is great, the service was exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Delighted with the sofa and the service. Purchased my sofa on Monday was delivered by the Thursday. Amit & Faizan were in contact prior to arriving and managed the corner sofa bed up three flights of stairs.

My partner and I recently ordered a sofa with lovemybedss. The delivery was really prompt from the point of ordering (within a couple of weeks). The staff delivering it could not have been nicer or more helpful. They arrived on time and put together the sofa very quickly. We are delighted with the quality and service we received. Would recommend, thank you Riaz and Riaz jr for the excellent delivery and service.

I'd been looking for the perfect sofa for a long time when I came across Love My Beds. The Molly sofa I wanted was available from several retailers, but the outstanding customer service I received from Love My Beds made my decision easy.

I spoke with Adam via WhatsApp, and he was incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions, sent me additional photos and videos of the sofa, and even price-matched it, making it cheaper than other competitors. On top of that, he kindly included free room-of-choice delivery and assembly, which is normally a paid service, due to my health issues and the fact I live in a second-floor flat. I really appreciated this gesture.

Unfortunately, the original delivery date couldn't go ahead due to unforeseen issues, but the team kept me updated throughout and arranged a new delivery for when I returned from holiday. They called at the beginning of the week and again the day before delivery to confirm the date and time slot, which was really reassuring.

On the day of delivery, the team called around 30 minutes before they arrived. They were punctual, polite, professional, and friendly. They brought the sofa in carefully in two sections, took great care while setting it up, and showed me exactly how it worked, as it extends on wheels to transform into a lounger/sofa bed. They also took away all of the packaging, leaving everything clean and tidy.

I honestly can't fault the service I received from start to finish. I'm so pleased I chose to order from Love My Beds, and I absolutely love my new Molly sofa.

If you're thinking about purchasing from Love My Beds, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. You won't regret it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service from start to finish, the sofa's I ordered were delivered within two days and the delivery team Amit and Faizan went above and beyond assembling and removing all the packaging for me.

I purchased the u shaped ottoman sofa bed in green. The sofa is absolutely stunning and the quality is amazing. Im so happy with it. Communications between myself and the company was perfect and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Ali and Faizan managed thr delivery of the sofa and did a superb job. They rang to let me know how long they were going to be, and even rang back to say they'd hit a bit of traffic so would be a bit later. Honestly, outstanding service, couldn't be happier with everything. Thanks guys for all your help! :)
