I sent photos of my Gucci sunglasses

I sent photos of my Gucci sunglasses. I have worn them and they fit tiny face give. I sent them to Charlotte who claimed that they were bent and needed a new hook. Total lie. Then she put a fake description about the glasses. When I informed her she blamed on her assistant! She then sold them higher and squeezed my price I received extremely low. Disgraceful and very untrustworthy.

I can’t say I’m at all surprised by this untrue and slanderous review- I’ve dealt with you and your horrendously rude, bizarre and volatile attitude, on and off, over the last 3/4 years, until I decided enough was enough and asked you to please not contact us, buy from us or attempt to sell to us ever again.
The Gucci sunglasses you described to me as “perfect condition”, when they arrived at our office it was clear to see this was not true. They were filthy, caked in makeup, the frame screws were loose and the lenses were scratched. I contacted you to tell you that I couldn’t offer the original amount, I offered you a revised quote or the option to have the glasses returned. You said I was “mugging you off” but chose to proceed with the sale, if you weren’t happy, you should have let me to return them to you. Also, this was 4 months ago, so I find odd that you now leave a 1 star review?

I’ll also list below a few examples of your strange behaviour, so that anyone who reads this review can see the type of vindictive person you are-

• Buying a Chanel handbag and then saying I’d mis-sold it and it wasn’t fit for use as it was “too heavy for your shoulder”

• Emailing me just to tell me that you don’t like my new website design and it’s “a bit pointless”.

• Emailing me to say that you don’t think I’ve uploaded enough stock one week. (During the height of the first Covid19 lockdown)

• Sending rude and aggressive emails after you sent an enquiry on a Sunday and it wasn’t responded to immediately.

I could go on and on, I’m also happy to share these emails you sent publicly if you’d like?

To be completely honest, the last 4 months of no contact from you have been an absolute dream, and I look forward many more 😊.

Take care, and I hope in the future you can resolve your spiteful behavioural issues, learn to treat people with the respect that you yourself demand, and not feel such a need to bring people down.

Amazing quality …

First time I have purchased from Charlotte and I am really impressed with the product, service and speediness of delivery. The handbag I purchased was fantastic quality and the excellent packaging was an added bonus. Thank you so much, I will definitely be a returning customer.

The best items and service !

I have bought from Charlotte many times sunglasses, bags , clothes everything I love the group I’m in and get so excited when an item comes in that I live it’s like Christmas ! I always receive it so quickly packaged beautifully I look forward to more purchase in the future !

Let’s just say wow

Let’s just say wow! I ordered prada re edition 2005 at 4pm yesterday and received at 8:30am this morning. I am so so impressed with the quick responses and kindness from this company❤️A company full of kindness and going that extra mile just to help you. They also offer payments plans to help you out for that great gift for you. When I opened my parcel it was a great experience comes with an authentication certificate with a picture of your item, let’s just say amazing! Thank you so much love luxe I will buy again x

Preorder bag

I ordered a bag on preorder for delivery before 31st December and I received on Christmas Eve .
I am so happy !
The condition is first class .

I am from the US and had a great experience

I am from the US and unfamiliar with boutiques in the UK so naturally I had my hesitations. However, after receiving the product and going through the process I can say I would highly recommend this shop and will continue to keep my eye out for items I would like to purchase in the future. My shoes arrived exactly as pictured and with the box/covers. If they have something you want, don't hesitate to complete the purchase. You wont be disappointed!
