From start to finish, my experience with Loveitts has been fantastic. The Team was helpful, friendly and professional. I found them to be more reliable and a lot better at communication than the Solicitors that I was paying to complete the transaction, but that's another story. I would definitely recommend Loveitts from a Customer Service side, although I was a buyer so cannot comment on how the Seller found their experience or how cost effective they are.

Great service by Michelle and the team. Kept me informed throughout what can be a stressful process. Pleasure to deal with.

Changing my original review!

What a bunch of scammers!

Got me in the flat, now one replies to emails, people not caring, rude maintenance team. Everyone washing their hands off of me now they got me into a flat that is falling apart. Gallon of water leaking, no inventory pack, no water valve, meter. I was naked, freezing cold with litres of water pouring out the handle impossible to control the leak.

Cupboard falling apart and I moved in 3 days ago! Unable to shower and having to shower at the gym.

Requesting my water bill to be covered or/and end of the tenancy or legal actions will be taken.

The whole process of purchasing a property with Loveitt was made easy by a great team (Michelle, Connor, Jamie and Chelsey). They supported through out no matter the issue.

We have had a private landlord for over 8 years, Loveitts were instructed to take over the property rental due to a change in circumstances which we did not expect and had a big impact on us as a family.

The Loveitts team reached out to us, theyhave been fantastic in handling everything, we ultimately decided to move house and relocate over 100 miles to be with extended family.

Over the last 8 months they have been able to support and give us advise, even when we informed them that we wanted to give notice on the property they continued to support and advise us. James came out to the property he has given us a lot of supprt and advise.

I went to drop the keys into the Coventry office and the staff were all very welcoming. It has been a pleasure dealing with Loveitts through this whole process.

Hadn't sold an house for a long time and it was all a bit daunting to us at first.. However after meeting Steve at the Nuneaton office he informed us clearly of what to do and it all seemed very logical and we felt a lot more comfortable.
The property took a while to sell but Steve kept in constant contact with us. Helping and advising us along the way.
Once we sold Michelle took over with all the chasing and kept us informed of where things were with solicitors and the buyer. Again it was good to have someone you were comfortable with.
I have to say at Loveitts they were all very nice people and they did everything in bringing about a successful sale in what was a difficult time in the housing market.
I have nothing but praise for both of them in how they worked through the sale of our property. They were courteous and professional and we we highly recommend them.

WE RENTED A PROPERTY THROUGH LOVEITTS AND AT FIRST THEY WERE GREAT SUPER FRIENDLY. HOWEVER SLOWLY WE STARTED SEEING ISSUES WITH THE PROPERTY I.E. GAS/HEATING WE REPORTED THIS TO THE MAINTENANCE BUT THEY DIDN'T BOTHER AND TOLD US TO CONTACT BRITISH GAS DIRECTLY. THE MAINTENANCE WERE USELESS WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DAMP AND THE EXTRACTOR FAN NOT WORKING SINCE WE MOVED IN THROUGHOUT - YET THEY STILL TOOK MONEY FROM OUR DEPOSIT FOR DAMP IN THE BATHROOM DESPITE US HAVING THE WINDOW OPEN 24/7. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT - I WOULD NOT RENT FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

Having had a troubled experience with another agent I approach Loveitts with the intention of selling my property at auction. The staff especially Sara, Chloe and Sally were all extremely supportive and very knowledgeable about the process.

They helped me through the process and had great communication. They offered a really nice personal touch in answering any questions and queries that I had.

Sara provided clear and concise updates with my sale regarding viewings and potential buyers. I felt she was really on my side and I don’t think I would have gotten through the process without the solid updates provided.

Great estate agents! Good communication, responsive and proactive right through the process. Michelle, Jamie Connor and Chelsey were always approachable, friendly and professional in assisting with the sale. Michelle in particular was a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond to any emails or phone calls and clearly very experienced in closing sales.

After a poor experience with another estate agent we switched to Loveitts (Nuneaton). What a difference. Jason was prompt in evaluating the property and it was being advertised within 24hrs. Sold within a few weeks and Steve and Michelle have been great in providing guidance, advice and tracking the sale on their dashboard. We couldn't have asked for better. Would highly recommend this company and team.

Despite giving a leaving notice of 3 month period, still haunt you for rent.
Disappointing service, disgraceful behaviour.

Did I have to climb mount Everest to take my name off the tenancy??
Why couldn't you tell me when I handed over 3 month notice that I need to burn some midnight oil for getting off the tenancy?
Why were you not transparent about it then? This is the trickery and dubious behaviour that you guys exhibit.
If I tell you that I am leaving, I am not concerned about the other person. You should have entered into a new contract with the other person and NOT kept me in the contract.
And you should've told me what else I should do do to get my name off the contract, which you haven't even donenow!!
