contacted them quite recently to view a listed property and got access relatively quickly. I was put in touch directly with an owner so i could ask questions about the house and liase with them for the viewing. Nothing was too much trouble and emails and phonecalls answered promptly.

On inspection of the property it was exactly the same as the listed photos and i was very pleased to see the size of the back garden just what my wife and kids need. Happy with the house and offer made its now in the hands of the owner if we dont get it it wont be from the support Esale have showed :)

I paid £595 on 8th October 2021 but due to various personal problems i did not get back to them until recently. Phone calls are met with a recorded announcement and emails are not returned.

Support has been excellent and very good communication to gain access for a viewing…

I thought I was dealing with a reputable estate agent. I arranged a day and time, went with a co-investor who travelled to view a property for sale in SE1 London. The owner was to be there at 4pm. I arrived early and waited before using the intercom. As there were 2 separate entrances we tried to call from both sides to no answer after 15 minutes we decided to leave.

Today I received and email mistakenly sent to me but addressed to the owner of the property, NB. Please note defamation of my character after all of 3 emails and 1 phonecall.

No mention of previous correspondence to the owner that I sent shortly after leaving the property.

"I only saw the exterior of the block and it is not very nice. But the owner was not there and I tried to call from both sides of the building to no answer. I didn't hang around as I would certainly not offer £340K for a leasehold in a block that looked like this from the outside regardless of the interior." (PS did not include that it is a cash buyers only property)!!

I then spoke to someone in the office Mr. P who lied to me regarding his management status stating he was Mr. R superior until I searched to find that Mr. R is the MD of the company on LinkedIn. Then spoke to Mr. R to be told that this is untrue as he is not registered with Companies House.

Reading the above email suggests they lied to the owner of the property that they had contacted me, and then thought it'd be a good idea to say that I (potential buyer) am not a very nice person. Thankfully, I find humour in such incompetence and although my time was wasted on Saturday I am relishing in writing this today.

Do not use esales.co.uk ! They lie!!!
