The best customer service experience I've ever had when purchasing clothes!

Choosing who will look after your wedding suits is a big decision, and we couldn't have made a better choice than Louis Copeland. They have such a prestigious reputation, so when my husband and I were deciding where to get our wedding suits, we thought, "Wouldn't it be great if we could get them from Louis Copeland?" We were so glad we did.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Dave, and I genuinely recommend asking for him if you're choosing wedding suits. We visited the store several times, and he made us feel welcome and comfortable on every visit. He even gave us his mobile number so we could check he was in the store before calling in. That level of customer service was above and beyond.

Everyone commented on how great our suits looked and asked where we got them. We were delighted with the style, comfort, quality, and value for money.

Dave is an absolute gentleman, and we can't thank him enough for all his time, patience, and expertise. If you're looking for wedding suits, go and see Dave at the Louis Copeland store in Dundrum—you won't be disappointed!

Little advice, go get your suits in January where you usually get a very good discount on your summer wedding suits.

David in the Dundrum outlet was super. I had an issue with pants after initial visit. He assured me it would be sorted, and it was. I appreciate the reach out, and the service he personally gave me to ensure I was happy. I left with a great suit.

Quality of the product bought is outstanding but the service from the guys in the Capel st. Branch was above and beyond! Could not thank the guys more. Fantastic customer service!

Great service from the shop, both delivery time and personal kelp from customer services regarding import duties. They had the size jacket I wanted for a present and it was still competitive after the duties were paid.

Do not shop at this store. I had an extremely negative experience. I purchased pants for $390, but the order was never delivered. I contacted the store multiple times trying to resolve the issue and request a refund, but they refused to return my money. As a result, I was left without both the product and the refund. This business is unreliable and does not take responsibility for its customers.

I made my first-ever purchase on this website.
I was a bit scared at first because of the reviews on Trustpilot saying some deliveries weren’t received, but I decided to place an order anyway since I found an item I’d been wanting to buy and couldn’t find in other shops. I live in the UK and the store is located in Ireland.
I’m happy to say I received my order smoothly after 4 days. The item was also wrapped properly.

Do not deal with this store, do not buy anything from them. I had a bad experience. I bought pants from them costing $400, they not delivered the package, I tried to resolve the conflict with them and get a refund, but they refused. They didn't return my money. Now I have neither the money nor the pants, so don't deal with this store, they rip off their customers and don't return money.

I have been going to Louis Copeland for well over 1015 years Service is incredible products are incredible highly recommend specifically Dundrum store!

Great experience picking my wedding tux in the Pembroke store at the weekend. We had Zoltan and David helping us and they were both brilliant!

I went in on a weekend i was in dublin looking for a hand made shirt the man told me I didn't need one even though I wanted it, i belive it would be better fit. The man convinced me to buy one that the shop had so I got 2 when i went home they fitted horribly never again

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here. Myself and my partner got made to measure suits for our wedding. Patrick was brilliant from start to finish he’s an expert at what he does. Went into Louis Copeland Capel Street and what an experience it was. My son is getting married so we both went in to get our suits. Patrick (Paddy) looked after us and he was unbelievable from start to finish. Nothing was a problem, he has so much passion for what he does that it shows in every piece of advice that he gives. Every option he gave was perfect. We also met the wonderful Louis, he was very attentive to everybody and took pride in watching Paddy get to work on the lads. Wouldn't go anywhere eles after the experience. It was a lovely memory to have with my son. Thank you amd hope to see you again.

This was my first on-line purchase from Louis Copeland and I am delighted to say that my experience was faultless in every respect. Order was as described, very carefully packaged and with next day delivery to my home. However, I was not surprised by this professionalism, since I never experienced anything less in my dealings with this world class retailer over many years in their physical stores .

Had the pleasure of having Louie himself make some suggestions on what to buy. Absolute gentleman, fantastic Irish Business. Top quality goods. Great to have a place that will work with you to suggest and help re-create a new wardrobe of clothes.

Had to buy a black suit for my father's funeral. The whole process was very easy with a very proffesional member of staff who measured me up for the suit and arranged for the alterations and fitting of the suit before Ieft the shop. All this was certainly very much appreciated at a very tough time in my life.
