Company is a scam. Goods do not match what was advertised and sizes were wrong . When I tried to return the put obstacles in way to ensure 14 days return period was exceeded. They kept offering vouchers/discount but when I insisted on full refund as per website I got a return address in China. Its a scam.

Bought a pair of "cargo trousers". Firstly, They were M (supposed to fit 33.9" waist). I cannot do the button up they are so tight. Secondly, they are not of satisfactory quality when compared to the marketing images that show cotton cargo style trousers. What arrived instead was thin nylon fabric poorly made, no studs in the seam corners. Way overpriced for what they are. I wish Trustpilot would permit photos to be added

I wish I had looked at this page before I purchased as I can tell you all the reviews here offer the same experience that I have had.

I have requested a full refund because the item that I received bears little resemblance to the image on your website. There is only single topstitching, not double; there are no studs on the cargo pockets; there is no reinforcement on the front pockets. The garment is made from an inferior polyester fabric. The advertised 'craftsmanship' in the stitching is unrepresentative of the shoddy workmanship throughout. Threads have not been cut off, and the waistband has no interfacing. The belt loops are cut irregularly and have only one single row of stitching and not the reinforcing bar stitching that one would expect. The whole garment has been stitched on a three-needle overlocking sewing machine, intended for finishing, not structural stitching. This means that the seams are very likely to pull and fray, especially as, despite using your size guide, I have a pair of trousers that are far too tight to wear. They were marked in the garment as 3XL, but the packing was labelled 2XL.

If, as a company, you actually strive to minimize CO2 emissions, may I suggest that you source your garments in the UK, and not China. Nowhere in the description was I made aware of either the polyester fabric, or the source of the item.

I simply cannot believe that this item was originally on sale for £80! Even at your sale price of £40 they are terrible quality and worth maybe £10 on a market stall.

The company has failed to understand my rights under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 any item bought online must be as described or the customer is entitled to a full refund. In fact, you even state the following on your website: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Your satisfaction is our priority. Shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied, return your items within 30 days for a full refund — no stress, no hassle!! You have no right whatsoever to put a 14-day limit as a period in which the item must be returned, neither can you charge return postage.

A note to trustpilot - this page has not been claimed by mezory-london.com yet they claim on their website five star reviews from trustpilot - how is that possible??

Sadly, as the other two (at time of writing) reviews have stated, the goods you receive only bear a passing resemblance to the pictures used to entice you into buying.
I ordered 2 tops of 1 style in two colours and received two identical tops. Instead of the heavyweight fabric and sherpa lined collars that the pictures showed, they are cheap screen printed material with an extremely thin lining.
The cargo trousers I ordered were not the jeans style material pictured. Again, they are cheap screen printed nylon material, more like lounge pants.
Finally, the corduroy 'trousers' are more like ribbed pyjama bottoms (and of course, not proper corduroy).
I'm not even going to talk about sizing, but you've probably already guessed that it's not accurate.
I now wish I'd checked here first, but I was taken in by their very polished website.

I also ordered some cargo trousers which arrived via Evri. They were poor quality & far too small. On trying to return them I discovered that Evri didn’t recognise them as a company so I couldn’t use their online return. I have contacted the company via their support email which changes recipients name from the name on website (Mezory) to old-money.shop as you send it. I have not received a reply & am not expecting one. The website looked so genuine. Avoid!!!!!!

Ordered two pairs of trousers from them looking like denim style cargo trousers. What arrived were extremely low quality, basically thin static costume fabric printed trousers that were nowhere near the size given in the size chart on their website.

When I contacted them to return the items I was told they needed to be returned to mainland China, despite. this not being mentioned anywhere on their website, indeed there's a pin with London next to it on the bottom of each page.

This is clearly fraud, avoid at all costs
