I won 179$ and had 2 Christmas 2023…
I won 179$ and had 2 Christmas 2023 lotto tickets.
I asked for a pay out of my winnings.
Gave them bank detials, credit cards and passports.
Then they closed my account and kept my winnings. Kept my active lottery tickets.
this site is a scam
Customer service is useless keep saying "give us bank statements" "give us credit card" they have no idea what they have or are doing. Try to contact online , first in que then boom online contact unavailable.
Date of experience: 11 October
now 26 October, no word from LL or support money was "paid out" on the 5th
Contacted via email and live chats keep asking the same question 'give us bank info' and then wait 3 , 5 ,10 more days each time different.

I had small-medium wins on NSW Lotteries many times before but never on Lottoland Australia. The maximum win I had was $1 since 2016.

As bets are resulted on Financial Market Values as announced by NYSE, there are times where Lottoland are unable to determine any results due to public holidays in New York and NYSE not trading. Your bet will be resulted against the relevant values on the next NYSE trading day.
