It is always a pleasure to work with The LOTE Agency. I have been working with them for about 10 years and have never had a bad experience. It is great to work with excellent staff who are always professional, friendly and efficient. There are never any problems with payments for assignments - these are always punctual. Long Live LOTE !

The LOTE has been in contact with me for the past around 10 years. No issue with regard to the standard of translation or of any sort has arisen so far; instead our industrial relationship has been strengthened.
Since we understand each other very well, LOTE has been flexible to grant me sufficient time apart from the prescribed timeline for me to finish the job. On the strength of the strong relationship, LOTE has on many occasion demanded me to conclude the job within a couple of days during emergency. In a situation like this I used to charge an extra fee from other agencies, but not from LOTE. Their appreciation is enough motive force for me. Specially, two ladies attached to LOTE who provide me job are very kind hearted and appreciative. I wish LOTE to capture the entire field of translation in the future and wish them every success in the industry.
