Great Platform for Flexible Mystery Shopping Opportunities
I’ve been using ShopperNow for mystery shopping assignments and have found the platform easy to navigate and straightforward to use. There is a good variety of jobs available, ranging from retail visits and dining experiences to phone enquiries and customer service evaluations. The assignment instructions are generally clear, and the reporting process is simple to complete through the app and website.
Payments have been processed as expected, and support has been responsive whenever I’ve had a question regarding a task. I particularly enjoy the flexibility of being able to choose assignments that fit around my work schedule while earning some extra income and experiencing different businesses.
Overall, ShopperNow provides a professional and reliable mystery shopping experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to earn additional income through mystery shopping or market research activities.

I just made a phone call mystery shop. The shop was pretty simple. Make sure I had a good back story, be prepared for any questions, and make sure you sound convincing. The best part is that you need to be yourself and let the team member lead the conversation. The report writing is simple. The quicker you write the report after the phone call, the more recall of every interaction you will have.

I only had a problem with the system not recognizing that I had accepted a job and not being able to go back and view what was required.

Bunnings…
I didn't realise you were paying me for Bunnings in Young NSW. As you said you were not. I just assured that on the two visits only two people were in anyway supportive to the customers needs. It was horrible service that I received and I dealt with a certain lady 2 times and yeah she didn't want to help and I was asking only to buy product.

I really enjoy taking on Mystery…
I really enjoy taking on Mystery Shopping jobs. I enjoy great customer service so I quite enjoy meeting people and reviewing the shopping experience.
The only downfall is that the payments received don’t really cover your cost's, by the time you drive out to the job then purchase a produce it’s not really worth your while to only make a few dollars.
I think this should be reviewed and maybe consider raising your rate.

I like the jobs because they are fun
I like the jobs because they are fun. There is just not enough of them in my area because I am Rural and not in the City. I would like to see more phone and web jobs that it does not matter where I am. Eg Car Breakdown and service calls or calls to enquire about a product and report on service..
