Great experience
I had a great experience working remotely with Lorel Diamonds.
I worked with Jayne and we came up with a design that worked with my desired style of ring and budget. Communication was excellent and I felt confident with the craftsmanship.
My ring arrived and I absolutely love it. I will definitely purchase from them again. The whole process was great from start to finish.

The Lorel service was excellent
The Lorel service was excellent from start to finish. The website is extremely accessible with lots of clear options to help you decide exactly what you want. The timeframe for manufacture was clearly explained and delivery happened even sooner than forecast. When my ring arrived it was beautifully presented and exactly what I had ordered. I am really delighted with it!

Amazing service all round!
From start to finish , Lorel diamonds were amazing. Customer service was great, as we were unable to visit the shop due to distance, we were able to view rings online. I sent a picture of my engagement ring and Lorel were able to find a similar ring in their showroom to try wedding rings on with so I could see how it would look. Our rings arrived today and the rings themselves are such nice quality and come in a lot of packaging to make them inconspicuous and protected. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for jewellery ❤️

Excellent Service
I recently purchased my wedding ring from Lorel diamonds. Because I have a pear shaped engagement ring, I had been to several shops to find a wedding ring that would match the shape, but either it was too expensive or they didn't have the style I was looking for.
I came across Lorel Diamonds online and reached out to the customer service team as there were two rings I liked the look of. They asked for pictures and details of my engagement ring and shared images of a similar engagement ring they had, with the wedding rings I was considering. Seeing it visually helped make my decision.
I received my ring yesterday and it was exactly as I'd imagined, and the size fit perfectly. I really appreciate the patience and the service of the team, as well as the quality of the ring. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a ring.

I recently purchased a 3ct Radiant Cut Diamond ring from Lorel Diamonds for my now fiancée, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was exceptional - knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding me to the perfect ring. I initially ordered a 2.5ct, which I later exchanged for a 3ct, and the returns process was effortless and straightforward.
Special thanks to the customer support team, particularly Jayne, who was always prompt, professional, and supportive throughout. The level of care and attention I received made the whole experience seamless and stress-free.
The ring itself is stunning, and the value for money is excellent. I would give Lorel Diamonds 5* without hesitation, would absolutely shop with them again (and will do so for the wedding bands), and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for quality diamonds and outstanding service.
