Pre sale service was very good and extremely responsive , however, after sale service is extremely poor, very disappointing and non- existent.
Only few days after purchasing my new car, I phoned the salesperson who dealt with us , I left several messages over consecutive days, I got nothing, I sent an email, again no response, after several phone calls and leaving messages, I finally got a reply to my email, I replied back but sadly I have never got a reply back , now we are seven days after my email, still no reply, my husband phoned again today and left a message, no one bothered to get back to either of us. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I feel very let down. I am only asking for the things that was promised and agreed presale, it has not been fulfilled yet.

Service was done but very Disappointed that the car came back to me not washed or hoovered even though was asked if I wanted it washed. All other garages do this routinely

Had a blow out after hitting a pothole.
Tyre was fixed ok.
Whilst the vehicle was left in Lookers care the drivers seat was damaged.I reported this to the service desk before leaving. Instead of helping to rectify the problem (which I would expect from a premium brand) I was told it’s not Lookers problem and to take it up with Mercedes.

My vehicle was serviced in a very professional way. Any slight problem was explained and dealt with straight away. And was returned to me having been totally cleaned.

I have always chosen this dealership rather than one closer to my home because I have always been very pleased with the service received. Unfortunately on this occasion I encountered some poor, inaccurate advice regarding my service plan, which caused me several unnecessary phone calls and wasted time. Other than that my service was completed quickly, and hopefully fully. As always the lady on reception was as always polite, helpful and welcoming

Overall, happy with the replacement of a rear broken light on our A-Class Mercedes, although very expensive. Service reception really nice and friendly…but the loan car (A-Class) was in a dreadful state, dirty with a layer of leaves on both sides in the front, looked like the person before me parked under an oak tree with the widows left open, very little fuel for me to use the car, needless to say I replaced the fuel with more than when I picked the vehicle up. I was promised a complimentary wash of our car upon collection, but that didn’t happen. Not great this time I’m afraid.

Initially my key contact was Megan, however after a few days I had to follow up with the garage where it was extremely difficult to ascertain updates. I had also emailed as well as called. Beverley the receptionist was brilliant, followed up, gave updates and apologised for any failings with communication. Happy to have my car back now.

Excellent treatment from the initial phone call to book the car for service to the car being returned service completed. Detailed, yet easy to follow video showing service checks carried out. Nice for me a person not mechanically minded !

My experience with lookers Ashford have not been pleasant. I bought a car from them, I received the car 2 days later than agreed, said because it was Bank Holiday that they were trying to fix some stuff. By the time I took the car, they informed me that I still needed to bring the car back the next week to spray a scratch on one of the doors which I did. By the time I took the car, I realised that check engine light on the dashboard, I called them and they checked and say it was sensor problems, I was under warranty, they fixed it. I took the car home 2 days later the check engine light was on again, I called and took it back, they apologised and still said it was a sensor problem and it was fixed. I never realised that I did not even have a wheel lock in the car until the day I had a flat tyre, called mechanic, they came to me, only to find out that there was no wheel lock in the wheel lock box given to me, it was over the weekend, when I called they said servicing team was not working, IT was one of the most stressful day of my life and it was on my wedding day and it cost me money, I had to call RAC who came with master keys the next day. When I got to lookers, they said I will have to pay to get the wheel lock charged, after much argument I saw the sales guy who sold the car to me, he then agreed that they will replace the wheel lock at their own expense. When I went to buy this car, my girlfriend who is now my wife was there with me, it came with a 15 months warranty, the sales man told us about servicing that my next servicing in a year would be free. I took his word for it, fast forward 11 months later I called to book my car for servicing, I informed them our agreement as at when ii bought the car, I told them who sold the car to me and appointment was booked. I took the car to them on the day, dropped it off only for them to call me to tell me that they have checked and there was no record of that on their system, I informed them who I had the conversation with and they said they have spoken to him and he denied telling us that, they now gave me a quotation to service the car, I asked them not to touch my car. The sole reason why I bought the car from a Mercedes dealership at a more expensive price was thrown into the mud. My experience has been very awful.
