Very sadly the forecourt was like a used car lot, very little room to manoeuvre - when we picked the car up the receptionist couldn’t tell me anything about the software update I had had other than what was written down. I had no idea what my car was going to do when I got in it!

Reception team very welcoming
Reception team very welcoming, service and MOT carried out promptly. The only downside was that there was no one available to undertake a complimentary valet of the car as had been done previously and is done by other major car servicing outlets.

Disappointed
Original booking not communicated properly to garage, no courtesy car available as ordered. Had to reschedule. Complained, complaint dealt with efficiently. Work completed but ridiculously over priced as part was around £85 but total cost £500. Was laughed at by customer service person when we asked for the 3rd time about mustang key fob change offered over a year ago. Every time I use ford at Severalls park there is an issue with booking information from online portal. I was also told the booking slot you are offered online is a ‘Covid’ thing and doesn’t matter anymore and you should always drop your car from 7:30am

I even got a video and health check as well free tea and coffee if I required it. When the work was completed my car was bought to outside reception. First rate thank you ps they are always helpful

For the first time in years, I was treated with respect and curtesy by a member of staff at the reception desk. Darren was a breath of fresh air, he greeted me with a smile and engaged in conversation he instantly helped make me feel at ease, a BIG thank you to him after I was dreading going to drop my car in for it's planned service. On completion of the service the parking area was very congested and he came out and moved a car to make it easier for me to get out....what a star.Thank you Darren.

Battery cover was removed and left…
Battery cover was removed and left lying on top of engine and bonnet shut. The three plastic cover clips were lost. I checked the car over the next day which was when I discovered the cover lying on top of the inlet manifold.
