DO NOT TRUST London Motor Sports Ltd !!! LMS are LIARS - THIEVES - DISHONEST - UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTE COWBOYS

I contacted them to undertake a simple standard
oil flush for my car - ( i provided all the oil and filters ) because on their website they state :

"London's Leading Car Repair & Maintenance Services Provider" - JOKE.

"Friendly and well-mannered staff to listen to your queries" - UNTRUE.

"Satisfactory service and treatment for you and your car" - NO.

"Hassle-free customer experience" - NOT TRUE.

"Exceptional Services" - B.S.

"We provide customer-centric services with complete dedication and focus" - JOKE.

"Entrusted for Lifetime" - B.S.

"We pledge to go above and beyond to serve you" - LIE.

"Come to LMS and get professional auto repair services" - LIE.

ALL OF THIS IS TOTAL B.S.

I booked a simple standard oil flush for my car at LMS

with a Mr "Ashan" - he agreed with me EXACTLY the work that

was going to be undertaken.

We discussed once LMS had inspected the car at the oil

change / flush appointment LMS would all quote me for :

1. Supply and installation of a new rear pair of drums and shoes.

2. Supply and installation of a new exhaust ( with Cats etc. ) and
new rear silencer box - new engine manifold not required.

3. Supply and mounting of four new tyres.

4. Repair / replace the horn.

5. Supply and install a new window regulator.

6. Supply a spare key and remote.

7. Inspect and diagnose hydraulic lifters noise
( before and after oil change / flush )

8. Connect OBD diagnostic to confirm or not the
EML ( engine management light ) on dashboard panel
was due to faulty exhaust / catalyser or air leak.

LMS confirmed by WhatsApp message to me the cost of £65

for the oil / flush as i was supplying the oil and filters .

I kept copies of the Phone Records and Messages.

I took half a day off work and drove 50 minutes to

the LMS garage ( 142 Bentworth Road London W12 7AH )

I arrived 15 minutes early for the oil change / flush appointment.

I asked to speak to Mr"Ashan".

The receptionist said he was not there this morning

despite the fact Mr"Ashan" told me he would see me

for the appointment.

Shortly after another man arrived in the reception room - he

did not introduce himself or tell me what his role was at LMS

or what he was going to do re my car - all he told me was the cost

of the oil change was not £65 but £100 plus £75 extra

to do connect the OBD for 5 minutes = total £175 and not

£65 as quoted.

I immediately sent a message to the Mr " Ashan" and waited

for him to return my call so i could tell him I was not happy

and did not accept him going back on his (lack of ) "word of

honour" / quote.

While I waited for Mr "Ashan" to call me back i showed the "no name man"

all of the issues on the car that Mr "Ashan" said he would provide a quote for when I spoke to him the day before.

The "no name" man seemed absolutely not interested whatsoever

in my car or what also needed undertaking on it as outlined above.

The "no name" man spent his time not listening to me,not looking at

me. not discussing anything about my car and only eating and drinking

his breakfast at the same time while standing up next to me in front of the car in

the middle of the garage !

How professional !

Mr "Ashan" finally called me backed confirming he wanted £175 insteadof the quoted £65 - i refused to be "ripped off" and I left the LMS garage immediately for the 50 minute drive back home.

I have lost time,effort,energy and MONEY because of these absolute COWBOYS !

MY ADVICE TO YOU IS BE VERY VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH

THESE SCAM ARTISTS if you are as stupid as i was to take my car to them for work !

Also the beautiful clean tidy photos that LMS have on their website showing the inside of "their garage" ARE ALL FAKE ! they are not the ACTUAL photos of the garage - the garage is a "SH*THOLE".

Everything I have written in this review is 100% TRUE and if London Motor Sports Limited or the infamous Mr"Ashan" do not agree then please take me to court.

Will have to take the car in to rectify a continued error message from the work done on 29/10/25.

Found London Motor Sports Ltd on Autotrader and they had the perfect car for me. Test drive appointment arranged easily and the guys were all professional and polite and the girls in the office were really efficient and friendly. I’ve been really happy and impressed with them and the car.
