Excellent customer service!

I recently made my first purchase through Lollibeans after I had two stroller purchases "go wrong" with two different vendors. I contacted customer service prior to making my purchase to make sure my item was in stock and ready to ship. ( on a time crunch due to an upcoming vacation ). Jen was super nice and verified it could ship and make it on time for our vacation. ( we purchased a Nuna Pepp to be used as our vacation stroller ). The stroller even came one day early! I will absolutely buy my next baby/toddler items from Lollibeans. Thank You!!

Cant review a product I haven't got

I bought some baby clothing online but 3 weeks later it still hasn't arrived and the customer service is a joke. I have tried all of the methods of contacting their customer service the emails and phone calls I made where just ignored. The online chat was disconnected. I finally got hold of someone and they promised to send me a tracking number for my merchandise in 2 hours. Several days later still nothing. I finally left a message through the chat and had an email back saying I should have received my order and that they would follow it up or send me a replacement. But then again no follow up. Save yourself the aggravation and buy from another vendor.

3 Days later still no information despite multiple phone calls and emails on my behalf. How I wish I could give them less than 1 star. And given my experience I do not for a second believe any of the 5 star ratings are genuine. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Lack of service

I ordered a car seat and stroller, both items arrived in a timely manner however I was shipped the wrong color car seat , I've called twice and emailed twice and still no response from store on getting me correct item.

Where are my Lolli Beans?

I appreciate this business is offering more natural, organic baby & children furniture. However, the shipping takes forever and I couldn't get anyone to credit my purchase with the "beans" that I had accrued from a previous purchase. Not the best customer service. Bummer. I will not be shopping here again.

SLOW...

Made a purchase on March 4 for two blankets. After not hearing about shipping, on March 10 I tried to reach out several ways unsuccessfully and sent an email as a last attempt. On March 15th I get a short email saying it's in the shipping stage and to look for an email with tracking number. It's the 19th today and still nothing, except an email to review here. If I had known my money would be tied up this long I would have ordered from somewhere else. Will not be a repeat customer.

Extremely dissapointed

I usually don't do this but I want to warn other potential customers. I initially received prompt customer service while considering purchasing a toddler bed for over $450. The rep told me over live chat that the matching guardrail was sold separately so I spent an additional $100 to buy it only to find out that it came with the bed for delivery, so now I have two. I have since been trying for 2.5 weeks with daily phone calls, emails, and live chat attempts to return or exchange this additional item and have not heard back from anyone except one customer service rep who emailed one sentence stating "they were understaffed and someone would get back to me soon".........5 days later, more attempts by me, still no one. I don't even have confidence if I ever hear from anyone and ship their product back that I will ever get this handled. So basically I am sitting with a guardrail I can not use on any other bed, and am out $100. Seems like some seriously lacking customer service in my opinion:(

Updated and added one star because a few more days after writing this review a rep did send me a brief email stating they would refund the guardrail. I will still pay return shipping, but at least I will be getting some money back. Unfortunately I still will not be a repeat customer, but wanted to be honest online that the return will likely go through after many weeks of trying.

No way of getting ahold of anyone

I ordered a nuna car seat adapter for my Uppababy stroller about 2 weeks ago, and have yet to get a email saying that it has shipped. I got a ups tracking number that said it was getting ready to ship then voided?? I called the phone number on the website to inquire and it went to voicemail. I'm wondering if I got scammed, so far called several times and left emails, no one has gotten back to me.

No progress on order placed over a week ago.

I wish I had something better to say. I got the email about a review, but nothing on my order has been fulfilled yet. I placed an order over a week ago. It has yet to even be shipped. Every time I check, it says "awaiting fulfillment". I am having doubts about this company...

One Stop Shopping

We went through excitement, anxiety, and dozens of other emotions before having our first child. Wanting everything to be "just perfect" and trying to agree with my wife, we found Lolli Bean's to be the perfect solution. The website made it easy for us to go at our own pace and work through the process of making decisions, compromises, and smart buys without any pressure or hassle. We ended up with the perfect space that is custom tailored to our taste and needs. We checked a major item off of our list of endless preparation to be parents for the first time. My wife is beyond happy with the space that we chose together. The stress of taking our vision and making it happen in real life was made possible because of Lolli Bean's. I normally only write reviews when I am unhappy or unsatisfied. I felt that I should share a positive experience and help other couples that experiencing what we did and help them realize that this major decision was a fun, convenient, and stress free way to shop. I purchased a crib mattress through Lolli Bean's and have been supremely happy with my purchase! A safe, non-toxic mattress was a MUST for our little guy. Our experience was great! Great people, great service, and I got a great discount on the mattress as well.

Totally recommend them to anyone in the market for safe, sustainable baby gear.
