No response, no product, and no refund
I ordered a product (which their website said would ship in 1-2 days) on March 21, and on April 2 asked for an update after receiving no communication other than my card being charged.
After no response again I reached out on April 6 and asked for an update or refund. On April 11 they confirmed that the product was discontinued, so I asked for a refund.
Still no response. These people are unethical. Don't do business with them.
Took our money - never shipped item
Placed an order of approximately $350 on May 4, 2016. Received order confirmation, but no shipping information. Called and emailed on May 11, 2016, no response to email or voicemail. Called and emailed again on May 16, 2016, again no response.
Sadly, online reviews show that this is not unusual customer service for Lolli Bean's. They have 3 complaints against them through the BBB (and they have not received BBB accreditation). Will probably have one more once our experience is done.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
This has without a doubt been the worst online shopping experience ever. I have actually never reviewed any vendor on here, but signed up just to do so. I placed an order a month and a week ago. My money was taken immediately, but I still have not received the item and cannot get anyone on the phone. Once I got Sarah on the phone, she told me the item had been backordered but that it would ship out later that week - this was over two weeks ago. I have since called twice, two voicemails, and no returned calls. It's pretty unbelievable they still have a functioning website accepting orders, because I am obviously not the only one who has not received their item. Thank goodness I didn't order a high-ticket item like furniture, I would be LIVID. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IMMEDIATELY!
Order Never came in and No Refund from Company
Ordered an item but never received it and the status on the website stated awaiting fulfillment. When got a hold of the customer service she didn't know why it has been like that for weeks. I asked them to cancel if it was not available for it was a gift and would like a refund. It has been weeks and still no refund although they cancelled my order and no response from company either. Will never order from this company and do not recommend them.
Terrible service
Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, and order not shipped without any notice or explanation. Customer service available only M-F 9-5, unhelpful if working. Would not have ordered if the item was said to be on back-order or unavailable at the time it was ordered. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.
I have not received any shipping confirmation
I placed an order on 5/5/16 and received an order confirmation. However, I still have not received a shipping confirmation and have no idea the status of my order.
No communication
I was asked to review my "experience" before I even received my item. The item was apparently backordered and I never received notification that this was the case. I attempted to chat and after a cursory "how can I help you?" the online sales associate never responded. I then emailed and never got a response to that either. I finally spoke with someone today to cancel the order - which was placed on 4/22 and still I have not received it or any follow up to let me know why it was delayed. Hopefully I will actually get my money back. Will not be buying from this company again.
Very bad customer service
I have not received the item I ordered 3 weeks ago, nor have I gotten an email about its status. The website still says "awaiting fulfillment" for the status of my order. I have called 5-6 times, and done online chats, I keep being told the item will be shipp d out any day - yet still, no delivery. I am fed up with the poor service, and now my daughter will not receive her baby shower gift from me in time for the shower. I am very unhappy.

TERRIBLE DO NOT USE
ORDERED CRIB 1/1/16 -------- 4/27/16 still have NOTHING. NOT ONE PHONE CALL RETURNED and I have been trying to contact lollibeans since FEB!!!!!! MY BABY IS COMING SOON I am out over a grand and have NO CRIB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANT EVEN GET A REFUND or CANCEL because no one will respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a response on 4/27. Asked to cancel. Asked for a refund was told it would be processed. STILL NO REFUND. Livid is an understatement.

if you go to econsumer.gov you can report them. Maybe that will make a difference. Same story as everyone else- ordered something almost 2 months ago. They took my money but haven't shipped anything.
Never shipped ordered item, never responded to inquiries
Very poor customer service. I ordered an item that says ships in 1-2 days on their site. After a week with no shipment, I reached out. After another week of no response, I followed up, and they replied their system was down and they would answer my question in a few hours. Another week passed with no response, so I had to challenge the charge with my credit card company. Awful company to deal with - avoid at all costs.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND NO EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I order a car seat adapter that they were advertising online. A few days later I received my package to find that they had sent me a different car seat adapter. I promptly tried to contact them multiple times, no calls were answered, no live chat answered, and an email finally was answered 4 days later! They said they would look into the issues. 5 day and 7 emails later they finally got back to me to let me know that they had found out from the manufacturer that they no longer make the adapter that they were advertising on their website. After another week and more emails to them i finally heard back from them that they were sending a prepaid return packing slip. I now sit here 4 almost 5 weeks later and have not seen a packing slip and have not heard back from them after numerous emails to them, I stopped trying to call because i have never got anyone to answer. I just took a peak at their website and noticed that they are still advertising the FALSE product on their website still, 2 months after i told them they were wrong! I have now filed a return of funds with my bank and sent them after these guys! ANYONE THINKING ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER!
Atrocious Customer Service
Lolli Beans sent me the wrong model year of a car seat adapter (despite having an active link to order the older model), and I emailed them right after I received the adapter to request a replacement or return. Two days later they offered to process a return since they no longer carried the model I ordered. I confirmed that I wanted to return the item and asked them to send a shipping label and let me know if they needed any additional information. They never replied, never sent a shipping label. I followed up with multiple emails and phone calls and never received a response. I had to go through the hassle of disputing the charge on my credit card, which included lots of documentation and headache. I would advise against ordering from Lolli Beans.
NOTHING DELIVERED
It has been over three weeks. My order remains undelivered. My emails have not been answered. No status provided. I have asked that the order be cancelled. If I get no response to this request, I will dispute the charge.
Funny how my credit card got charged so fast but after that...nothing.

well I never got my order... first they told me my order got lost then that it was out of stock, they never answered my emails .. I got contacted by Ilya who is supposedly one of the owners but he really doesnt care...
He told me he was working with the supplier to get me the product and then never heard back.
Now I just want my money back but they don´t answer...

It has been several weeks since I've ordered from this company, and I have yet to hear anything regarding the status of my order. I have called, emailed, tried to chat, left several messages, and still nothing. At this point, I'm not sure if I'm out money or not, but I would not recommend this company.
