We had work done a few years ago before the Loft Doctor grew. I called them back hoping the same service was available because we have moved. Happily the same chap came round which was reassuring and straightway having had them before we said yes. Full marks thank you to the whole team and the joiners at Loft Doctor Insulation. We are so happy and our son is saving up for his loft now.

Initial visit by Steve was friendly and informative, giving reassurance that a professional job would be completed on the date agreed
Mike & Nick, we’re both polite,courteous and respectful of our property.
The loft flooring was professionally done, very pleased with their workmanship, and left no mess at all, it was all cleaned up when they’d finished.

between sales and the fitter something went slightly wrong with the comms and Ryan was very helpful and understanding, all resolved before he left for the day.

We had a difficult space to access but the installer made sure we got the best possible solution. Excellent job done - beyond our expectations.

From survey to completion of the project I am going to be blunt about it.It was nothing short of Brilliant .everyone I spoke with from the office to the lads who did our loft insulation and flooring new loft hatch and access ladder were all professional and carried out the work in a day very happy highly recommended.

Recently had the loft boarded with Loft Doctor, with a larger hatch & ladders installed. The fitter was excellent fron start to finish. Really friendly chap, very respectful, tidy and efficient. Thanks Mike you did a fab job!

I was a little nervous about this project- but it’s been fantastic.

From Steve coming around to have a look and give me a price, to final clean, everything has gone well and I am delighted with the end result. (Jake was the fitter)

The space I have boarded is huge and excellent value for money vrs other companies- I had 4 quotes.

Finished the job quite quickly and to a good standard. Kept the area as clean as possible and cleaned up after finishing and before leaving.

All the staff of the Loft Doctor were very professional and efficient. When it was discovered that the loft joists were, in fact, too weak to be used for the floor, a new plan was swiftly explained, organised and completed.
Both sets of fitters were very tidy in their work and left little mess, downstairs and in the loft.

From the initial contact and quote with Steve, and the insulation, the process has been smooth and pain free. Professional service all the way, and with a big thank you to Wesley who carried out the work, leaving everywhere spotless when he left.

What a great job .

I had 3 quotes and glad I picked the loft doctor . Prompt and professional, they insulated my loft and boarded it for storage, all ready for Christmas. The fitter Kevin was clean and tidy and communication with the office was spot on !

The only thing stopping me giving a 5⭐️ review is the slight issue with info not being passed on from surveyor to the office, we agreed to have the old loft access removed and made good at time of survey but this wasn't communicated to Mike who did the install. This problem was promptly rectified and we've ended up with a really good job being done, Mike worked like a trojan to complete the works single handedly in one day, doing a first class, clean job. The plasterer who made good the old access also did a very good job and was very professional and left the house clean and tidy. On the whole a great experience with only a slight niggle. Would recommend.
