Daventry depot is exceptional. Every fitter said hello and had a smile on their face. Gordon the manager is helpful, polite and ensured he kept me updated on the progress of replacing my turbo.
Also they had this done for me very quickly! Very grateful for a wonderful experience. Thanks to all at Daventry.

30th 01 2024 visited Lodge tyres St helens. I had noticeably offside wear on 1 tire with both front tyres needing replacing. Opted for Bridgestone got them cheaper then advertised on their Web page. Fitted no hidden charges was expecting alignment charge with having uneven wear on 1 tyre which the mechanic said he would check. So quite happy to be billed for what was quoted and I will definitely be using this company again.

Speedy repair. In and out in under 10 minutes. Problem explained. Other tyres checked. Very friendly staff. Well done Brasenose Road team

I had 2 tyres fitted this morning at Lodge Tyres, Coalville. The Manager was extremely friendly and helpful in sourcing at best prices. Fitting staff professional. Highly reccomend their services.

Within 20 minutes of my call Jim was with me in his mobile tyre repair van; unfortunately the tyre was unable to be repaired but was replaced outside my house very quickly and professionally. He checked all my other tyre pressures whilst with my vehicle too 🚗

I was driving home down to London with my 18month old baby, 2 dogs and a car full of presents and stuff after visiting family for Christmas! My tyre popped and I was completely stranded on the M1! I called 4 tyre repair companies who were not very helpful and eventually I called Lodge Tyres Daventry and spoke to Darren. He was so empathetic to my situation and went out of his way to find the right tyre for me from a supplier. He explained exactly what was happening and what to expect as I think he could tell how upset and worried I was. Steve then turned up in the time they had promised and immediately got to work on the tyre. I didn’t know where the Lock & Wheel nut was but he did everything he could to help me look for it with the car being full to bursting with stuff, a baby and 2 dogs! He fit the new tyre, checked the pressure and also double checked the dashboard for warning lights etc so that I felt comfortable to drive home. Thank you so much Steve and Darren for saving the day!

Fast and efficient. Nothing they can't get you on the road fast enough with. If you need new tyres or tyre repairs make sure these guys are your first choice! Really top bunch of lads

Had a flat tyre on my way to work, luckily Lodge Tyres was only a few miles away from the M6. Luckily they open early too, so turned up, they got me straight in a bay and the tyre changed for me within minutes, the tyre fitter saw to me straight away and got working on it to get me to work quickly. Les on reception was really helpful, gave me a range of options for tyres and made sure I was looked after. Even offered me a coffee whilst I waited as it was -4°...I would highly recommend the Team at Lodge Tyres, and will be using them from now on for everything as I only live a few miles away...a service you don't forget! Thank you!

Absolutely terrible. Took my car to have puncture repaired. Sat for ages. Only to be told they'd blown my tyre up and the bad news was they hadn't got a replacement. I was on my lunch break and had to go back to work. Manager said. Had I got a spare. Said yes but only a short journey type. Asked if they had anything suitable to put on whilst they ordered a replacement. Which was told would arrive next day. 10 days later still hadn't heard from Lodge despite leaving all my contact details. Went back to find Manager sitting outside having a chat a a cigarette with someone. Asked why he hadn't rung me and was told. " I forgot, I'm run off my feet"! He clearly wasn't.! He looked at a heap of tyres and said "I think it's in there somewhere. I left and went to another tyre place. Who not only changed it straight away but said it had the wrong sized tyre on and it was also bald. So my puncture repair ended up costing me £80.

Excellent efficient service, tyres ordered first thing in the morning went back in the afternoon for fitting fitted within 30 minutes. Manager on the desk knowledgeable polite and extremely helpful. Overall excellent service and would highly recommend.

Brilliant customer service and exceptional professionalism! Especially from Tony, the lad who changed my tyre! We both have autistic lads in common and had a good chat about our boys. We experienced a flat tyre when arriving to our spa day. Within moments of calling the manager he had overachieved our expectations! He went over & above to help us. He arranged to come out & retrieve the wheel, then returned it all ready to go. It was exceptional service, would highly reccomend! Lodge Tyres saved the day!!
