Found Lodge Tyres on Google & was swayed by their solid reviews. Bryn did a great tyre repair with no fuss. Especially grateful as the tyres on my Audi are not cheap! Mgr Les booked me in & absolutely agree with the reviews here, a good friendly service at a reasonable cost. Their set up is efficient, with plenty of parking & well set out. The waiting area is comfortable. I will def use Lodge again.

After a recent mishap with my car bonnet Lodge Tyers Spalding depot were above and beyond while dealing with the issue
My car was taken away for repair , which was done to a very high standard and I am completely satisfied with the work
During the work a Coutesy car was provided and again very satisfied
The staff at lodge Tyers have been really professional, keeping me up to date by phone at every stage of the work

Absolute Quality Service - went in late afternoon, no messing about job done - miles better customer service than all the others in Daventry

We had an tyre incident on the M1and were escorted clear and found Lodge tyres thanks to the Police support. Lodge tyres were amazing- Eric and Taylor worked incredibly hard and carefully to not only change the tyre but sort the more difficult problem of the wheel guard causing contact issue. Such skill and understanding of the issue they got us back on the road. The manager was helpful and supportive as well. Many thanks for getting us home safely a job superbly well done.

Our works vehicle had a puncture whilst completing its daily round. I was given the number for Kev at the Leicester Branch. He promptly dispatched an Engineer to help us at the roadside and the whole thing only took an hour from the phone call to the repair.
Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Brilliant!!! Thanks Kev and the Team at the Leicester Branch we will be using you guys again should we have similar problems.

I booked on line two tyres to be replaced (at a cost of nearly £600) at the Carnforth branch. On arrival the welcome was surly and dismissive - I had agreed to arrive at 1100 with a phone call after booking on line - and immediately got the impression that they would be much happier if I wasn't there. I was told it would be 45 or 50 minutes before they could start as they had 'other stuff in' and that it would take an hour and half to change the tyres and track them, the clear implication being that I should not wait on site as I would put them under pressure and be annoying. There was never any 'can do' or ' how can we help?' approach. This standard of customer service is not uncommon when trying to get a tyre repair or replacement with any company in my experience, but surely there is an opportunity for a company to do the whole process really well? Why does it have to be like this? Needless to say I won't put myself through this again, I will pay more and go to the dealership where I bought the car

I had taken my car in to another company, as a tyre was losing pressure. They had told me I needed a new tyre, costing £160. They did not offer me a repair. I was suspicious so I took it to Lodge in Fakenham and despite being horrendously busy, they checked it over, and did a repair costing £24.
Thank you for running a proper decent business, that treats its customers fairly and with integrity. Not surprising that one business had nobody in there and that Lodge were flat out

Called to ask for a tyre check, as loosing pressure, was told by Darren, I could come in and be seen straight away. (Darren is always helpful and polite as are the lads in the workshop.) Arrived to a quiet depot but had the misfortune to pump into "Gordon" and was told Id have to wait 25-30 minutes before tyres could be assessed, I said: Id pop and run an errand and was then told by Gordon, if I did that, Id then need to restart another 25-30 minute wait. (Local rumour is that Gordon was bullied at school and sadly now has turned into a bully.) My husband's business and I have used "Lodge Tyres Daventry" quite a lot over the past two years and have found "Gordon" the manager consistently rude and arrogant. Whilst, I sat in my car following Gordon's standard, arrogant rudeness, I phoned "Just Tyres" who are literally a minute a away. I got a first class service by "Just Tyres." who repaired two slow punctures. Subsequently, We wont be using Lodge Tyres in Daventry again, certainly not whilst Gordon is running the depot He's just too rude and arrogant. A real shame, as the lads on the ground are nice guys, polite and helpful.

Travelling on the A45 pulled hard over to let an oncoming police car to pass caught something in the verge and ripped the side out of the tyre on our motorhome.(Daventry branch) Phoned these guys on the off chance they had a tyre. Two hours later with a new tyre we are on our way again. Unbelievable service from these guys, they all work together getting things done smoothly and efficiently. 100 % know here I am going for my tyres in the future, bonus was a great price. 👍👍🇬🇧

1 hour into a 3.5 hour journey home, my car started playing up and I had no idea what to do about it. Fortunately, I stumbled across Lodge Tyre who made time in their busy schedule to look at my car, order the necessary parts and fix the issue. They even fixed some other things for me in that time too! They did this all for an extremely fair price - cheaper than what any breakdown company was quoting me. I really couldn’t recommend this garage enough. Every employee is so friendly and after an awful start to my day, they reassured me and made me feel a lot better! Thank you all so much - if I could give 10 stars I would :)

I suffered a sudden and fast puncture after running over rubbish of a skip lorry. They gave me sound advice over the phone to help me get here, when my recovery company wouldn't help. They fit me in straight away and replaced the tyre. Genuinely helpful and understanding, fantastic service at such short notice, I would recommend them to anyone!

I recently took my car to lodges tyres in Stamford due to major problems with my car. David T was the only person I dealt with and never made me feel like I was a nuisance, even with my constant calls as soon as a light came on. He dealt with any problems in a timely manner and kept me updated at all times. David fixed many problems with my car and reassured me that if I had any problems with it I could bring it back for him to look at. I would highly recommend Lodges Tyres, in particular David T, to anyone if they want fantastic service with a friendly face.

Brilliant service from Gordon and the lads at Lodge Tyres! Kindly lent his lockable wheel nut kit to us to enable a drive to workshop rather than the cost of a flat-bed transport 👍

This review is for the excellent Service received the the Leicester Coalville, Ravenstone depot.
Visited these guys with two punctures in my Audi S4. Both rears were flat and refilling inflated them just enough to get me on te road but loosing air fast. Not used anyone but needed someone fast and close to sort this and get me on the road rebore work. Called Lodge as closest to my home and honestly the service from the Tech named Nav was ace and he explained each tyre had a nail and assured me they could be fixed. He even showed me the puncture repair from the inside of the tyre before re-airing. Thanks to Andy the manager who was great to fit me in and i felt my car was in good hands with Nav. Excellent Price and pride taken in their workmanship. Good to know we have Lodge in Coalville looking after its local residents. Ended up Balancing all four Tyres also. Awesome job guys!

At the peterborough depot in Newark Rd.
Never really had an issue,but this time when I went in to have 2 front tyres,the fitter somehow chewed up the security wheel nut,and could not get the wheels off. He Didn't know what to do. Great.had to go to a mechanic,smash off all 4 original security nuts and buy new ones at £70. Not good if I got a punture. They should not use air gun on security nuts.

As a couple of old biddies in our seventees we do not normally partake in online reviews, but feel compelled to do so following an incident yesterday when we had a rear tyre blow out approaching the main A15/A47 intersection roundabout in Peterborough. I managed to slowly manouvre the car and pull over onto the A47 eastward carriageway. In keeping with many other cars today, our Ford Galaxy does not have a spare wheel and relies solely on a gas cannister of foam that is as good as useless in a blow out situation. Our bad luck quickly got better when my wife spotted a large HGV further up the A47 with a Lodge Tyre service vehicle parked up behind. I approached the two guys from Lodge Tyres and explained our dilemma. These two fellows could not have been more friendly and helpful. Having finished their work on the HGV they then drove to our location to assist us. Within the next FORTY MINUTES, these guys had removed the wheel, taken it to their Peterborough depot to fit a new tyre and returned and refitted the wheel.
We did not get their names but a big thank you to them for making a big problem for us a lot easier. Their friendly and professional assistance was a credit to LODGE TYRES and greatly aporeciated by us. A well deserved 5 star rating. We will certainly make a beeline to Lodge when future services are required.

Just had a lodge tyre vehicle ( YD71) pull out on me at grove road traffic lights (intentionally as he didn’t want to wait ) causing me to slam on my brakes, so I used my horn and the passenger then decided to tell me to f*** off and stuck his fingers up at me!! Disgusting behaviour, not who would want representing my company!!
