Local Surveyors Direct Ltd Recensioni

Easy to use, came back with five accredited firms. One was no good, the one I chose however so far seem to be excellent.

A quick response plus a very helpful conversation with regards my house.

Put you on too cowboy firms like McCallums Property Surveying.
Clearly stated what I needed in a report to them and they didn't listen and now ignoring my dispute claim from my bank as they know their in the wrong.
I don't think local surveyors direct vet any of their recommendations they probably all just pay a fee to be recommended and that's it...

Sorry I clicked on your web site by accident and I couldn't find a way to cancel it.

Easy to use. Chosen surveyor rang me back immediately and got a quick appointment

Found this really easy to use and the quotes were very reasonable. Two cheapest quotes contacted me directly and there were no hidden extras. Really happy with the service from the company I decided to use from this. Excellent communication.

The website is a haven for people searching for surveyors. The only downside is one would get unwanted calls and emails quotes.

I clicked on the website just to view the cost for an EPC and within minutes was bombarded with emails and calls to my mobile number from surveyors. How did they access my personal details?!

Give your details to everyone and your phone will be non stop. Had electricians turn up at my doorstep even though I didn't book them.

they sell your details to there members, some of which are not qualified to provide these services

Thank you. Very prompt response 😸

Daljit came to do a domestic EP certificate assessment this morning. All this process was new to me since I last sold a home but he was helpful, careful and explained the process very well.
Would recommend AG site solutions.

Identified a lot of local surveyors with generally good reviews, and a range of prices and offerings. Also not bombarded with quotes and phone calls, unlike with a lot of sites - I have contacted the surveyors I'm interested in, rather than having them all phone me 15 times a day whilst I'm at work

Alastair Hollands was fantastic a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. Third party Pro , 5 Star!

Very fast response from a number of companies

Still had no contact from them since e mail was sent.

I got some very competitive quotes.

Hopefully the fact they are RICS certified actually means something.

They never reply to our emails
They only talk whey they need money
Fake people fake company
Scam
Stay away from them

I used the site and within minutes I had a selection of companies contact me.
I made a choice and an appointment was made quickly with the company.

Generally quite satisfied with the information provided by Local Surveyors Direct. 5 companies were provided, although it seemed like only 2 were truly local to the area of interest - the others were several counties away, but presumably providing local surveyors(?). Spoke directly to surveyor of interest and got very useful feedback, so will be using them.
