Ken from Green Owl Surveys was very informative and friendly and the cost was very reasonable

Our surveyor was very efficient had a good knowledge completed the survey quickly a lovely lady would definitely recommend

Good response from the different companies

Very quick email and call responses from many surveyors. I would definitely use them again

Very prompt, professional and friendly service. Vert quick turnaround of the EPC certificate.

The surveyor was excellent,so professional and most thoughtful and with an In depth attitude.
This Is exactly what you want when you have any kind of
Survey.
The report was on the government website before he left my house which is super efficient.
He was very pleasant man with exceptional customer
service skills as well as his professional skills.

I was contacted by Anthony Gee and he arranged an appointment for my EPC renewal for the following day. Very prompt and efficient service at a good price. Would recommend

I was looking for an EPC surveyor and your site came up, Put in my details and the next Morning several emails appeared, I picked one of them and the job was done

Suggested quote to lure people in unreasonabley low compared to an actual quote received and only one company responded

The survey seemed superficial to me. There were many boilerplate statements and suggestions to ask other contractors to examine more details. I expected they would do a deeper look. Maybe what they did was standard, just wasn't very helpful to me.

What a brilliant company my phone has
Not stopped ringing over two days brilliant service … and people I’ve spoken with been very helpful.

I looked at your site and it seems I accidentally requested contact with your clients, the response was good but sadly no enquiry existed, I was just browsing.

I was unsure how to contact local architects near me and as I browsed the web found Local Surveyors Direct Ltd.

What a brilliant website; having completed a short online questionnaire I was amazed by the speed of the responses.

I now have four architects on my list for when I proceed with building and planning; actually spoiled for choice because all are excellent.

New to building and planning application I find Local Surveyors Direct to be extremely helpful to me; highly recommended; I need not look further.

Many thanks.

This was a quick and helpful guide to the possibilities in York. The only drawback was the vagueness about whether VAT should be added to the quoted prices.

The response from Local Surveyors Direct to my enquiry was very fast and the companies that had been recommended followed up equally fast.

All went well with using Local Surveyors Direct Ltd, I had plenty of response to my request that was a quite specific requirement, both in terms of the work I needed to be done, and the size of the job and time scale. Of the ten companies that responded all were sensible and local, one obviously meet my requirements, and I a have already had a meeting with them, they have reviewed the job, and I awaiting a quote for work I require to be done, which I will have in a few days time, which is great.

Plagued by calls after stupidly giving my real telephone number and email address. Avoid or useca burn number. And I still diddne get a free rebuild cost valuation. GIVE IT A MISS

None of the businesses you recommended were what I would regard as local.

None of the fees on line are correct, the actually cost is a lot more
