Local Surveyors Direct Ltd Recensioni

Very pleased with service. Swift response, surveyor came next day and our EPC was done day after. Worth recommending!

Simple process and limited hassle once form submitted. All of those seeking to offer their services did so professionally and politely.

Overall a great service.

E mail one company . No reply. Called the next one and left voice mail nothing . The only who did e mail wants £30.00 more than what I have now booked

I really did not expect my details to be passed to every single surveyor in the country. It’s presented as a tool to get quotes, but it uses all your data to send enquiries to every single surveyor which is crazy. My email has been spammed with emails, i had at least 4 calls in one day, and a couple of scam messages already. Big mistake, I will try to get my data removed now one by one from those surveyors and this website.

I wanted a topographic survey and although I asked each surveyor for this explicitly they came back with quotes for a house survey

Customer service was great. A professional service offered👌

So many unsolicited phone calls.
STOP CALLING ME

easy to find the trade professional i was looking for

Difficult to get hold of surveyors and those that i did promised to ring back and I'm still waiting, and those that I did get hold of would not honour the price quoted.
Bit of a waste of time.

I got 6 quotes & straight away I got a couple of emails which I replied to & got a survey booked for next week, brilliant.

It would seem that I have a good selection of surveyors to choose from. I'm not ready to proceed yet, but I like what I have received so far and have enough information to make an informed choice when the time is right.

Very helpful got lots of quotes instantly saving me a lot of time

Quick and easy site to use to find specialist services. Had rapid responses from a number of local EPC assessors. I chose Kai Harper based on his reviews. Kai was very professional, courteous and informative. First class job at a fair price.

The site provided plenty of responses, of which I have selected one. I may comment further after the survey has been done.

I used this site and a local structural engineer at Regis UK Properties Ltd contacted me next day and came on the same day which was a bank holiday to inspect my property. Dr Jason was polite, knowlegable, reasonably priced and has continued to offer advice and support even after receiving payment. I would highlighly recommend. Dr Jason picked up so many issues with the building works that even building control failed to do.

It was easy to use and people were easy to talk to but still polite and very professional.

Website is very good as I was particularly looking for a local Architect who is familiar with the local council planning department and has dealt with them previously. Other search websites tend to give a wider spread. I now have a couple of local architects to checkout.

It was very difficult to find a surveyor who was prepared to do the work. I am still looking.

I was promptly forwarded details of Structural Surveyors in my area. Also had follow up from individual members very quickly. Although for various reasons I decided to go a different route to solve my queries, I would recommend this search site and its members. Very useful.
