Excellent friendly and helpful customer service from Mike and team. We were so pleased with the chairs and table we ordered for our conservatory that we have ordered a second set for a bedroom. This is a really high quality product - the chair are beautifully finished and the cushions are deep and well made. Delivery was prompt and helpful also. An all round excellent experience.

Roger opened up the showroom for us. He was very informative about the history of the family and products and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Beautiful chair I am very pleased with it. Unfortunately the delivery company unpacked the chair leaving all the wrapping for me to suppose of. They told me taking the wrapping isn't part of their contract with you which, for your customers is unfortunate.

The chair is gorgeous, so well made and spot on for a small space. It arrived quickly, was well packaged and the unboxing, deliver to the room of your choice delivery service was excellent.

A phone call to order a chair and table was polite and efficient. I was told the couriers would get in touch to deliver. Excellent company who unwrapped and took away packing paper. Both the chair and table were as good a quality as I had hoped. The colour was really pretty, better than on line. So reassuring to deal with a company that is a pleasure to buy from.
